On the ground level you will find a historic and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit designed for a rejuvenating stay. This apartment is on the first level of our duplex, and is overlooking the amazing Goodale Park. Enjoy an open grass area, along with skyline views of downtown Columbus! This apartment also includes a convenient work from home area. Our kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware for your use.

Upstairs is The Goodale Overlook, which is a spacious 2-bedroom, 3-bath unit with great views of the Park. This unit is on the second and third level. This apartment includes three walk-in showers, a living room, and WFH area. Our kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware for your use. The 2nd floor space has a kitchen, bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, and a large living room that over looks the park. Up on the 3rd level is a spacious en-suite bedroom with large bathroom. Enjoy the views!

Reserving this listing will allow your group exclusive use of the fenced backyard. Also there are 2 off-street parking space for free in the rear of the property. This space is 2 total spaces, and 1 for each apartment is included with your rental.

This property is in a stunning location directly across the street from Goodale Park in the Victorian Village (a historic and beautiful part of downtown), conveniently located near many attractions and top rated Columbus restaurants. The Short North is a great walkable neighborhood with over 50 bars and restaurants along the High Street corridor. We are surrounded by beautifully restored historic homes and local attractions. Also a Lucky's Market grocery store is opening soon 1 block away!

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
