The ONLY problem that I had was with the shower curtain. It had some of the loops and hooks not working properly so I had trouble closing the curtain completely. And this was the ONLY problem. I loved the room and will definitely book this room on my next trip to Columbus. PS Your staff was very friendly and helpful. True gems.
