The space features four full beds and one queen bed, It is perfect for a family or small group. Guests enjoy 2.5 full bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and a bathtub for added convenience. We supply all the linens and towels. The house stays cozy year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this beautiful home offers a fantastic base. There are wildlife viewing, hunting, fishing, and many river activities located within a quarter mile of the house. You will see plenty of wildlife in the area as Colusa is in the middle of many refuges.

The dog run outside can be used for pets as well as crates located in the garage. A space heater is provided to keep dogs or cats warm during the winter months. We do not allow pets inside the house for a number of reasons.
BBQ and outdoor furniture provided to enjoy the outside patios.
