Nothing special, it's not comfortable very very basic,, breakfast not the best again very very basic,I can't recommend it,, sorry.the land lady was friendly towards us,so that was a good point.

We’ve had an excellent couple of days. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help my elderly parents. The breakfast was too excellent. In addition comfy beds. Only one criticism there was no shelf in the bathroom to put your toiletries on.

Excellent guest house with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was fresh and nicely prepared, the staff helped us plan our day in Conwy better. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Arrived early to a warm welcome. Give ideas if where to go for dinner in town, only 5-10 mins away. Lovely room with a lovely side view. Lovely shower and great breakfast in the morning. All we needed for our nights stay. Thank you, it was perfect.

Lovey welcome by the gentleman at the reception

The gentleman that greeted us on arrival was lovely. Our twin room had everything that we needed. However the only downside was the lady that served breakfast, as she came across rude. I was asked to fill out a form for the hotel with dietary requirements, which I did and stated that I was vegan. When I asked the lady, about non-diary milk, she said that this should have been requested. I had informed my dietary requirements few days before arrival, so not sure why I needed to make a special request. My dietary is a request. She could have handle the situation better, especially where it was loud across the room.

Lovely family room, spacious with two double beds and one single, so plenty of sleeping options for the three of us. Nice big window so the room was nice and bright. The breakfast was served promptly and was very nice. Nicely greeted on arrival and same again at breakfast. Very pleased and would recommend.

Comfortable Inn

My friend and I stayed a night and it was perfect. The parking was very easy, and while I slept in, my friend thought that the breakfast that was included was great. The bathroom was clean and the room itself was very cozy and spacious. We ran into car troubles on the way over, and the person I spoke with on the phone was very understanding about us checking in after hours. Would highly recommend!
