I greatly appreciated the extra mile the team makes for late arrivals (from the airport). They were able to book me a taxi and help me with my luggage up to the 2nd floor room. Thank you. Everything was excellent. Its a beautiful property and safe place. It was my 2nd stay and my only complaint was that the bed was hard as rock. Not like the first room I stayed in. I had a hard time sleeping as it was uncomfortable. So disappointed with the lack of consistency. Otherwise the place is beautiful, safe, and clean.
