A terrace on the first floor of 60m2 as well as a second solarium terrace upstairs of 40m2. On the first floor a living room of 72m2 with entrance, kitchen and living room, parquet floor and contemporary furniture. A toilet. A master suite of 30m2 with direct access to the garden, bathroom with shower and bath. The bed of 180x200 cm can be made into two beds of 90x200 cm. Upstairs two bedrooms with terraces and view of the pool. The largest bedroom has a bed of 180x200 cm which can also be made into two beds of 90x200. The other bedroom has a bed of 140x200 cm. A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. A mezzanine with a chaise longue. Each bedroom has a television.<br>Quiet and wooded area in a cul-de-sac close to hiking trails. Easy access for walking or cycling to discover the seaside between Sainte-Marine and Ile Tudy. Kermor beach is 1 km away by the forest path. The shops bakery and grocery store are 500 metres from the villa. Bars, crêperies and restaurants located on the port are located 800 metres away

We had a fantastic week staying in Sainte Marine. The house is fabulous. It is stylish, very comfortable, well-equipped and feels spacious. The pool was a blessing as we were lucky enough to have a week of high temperatues and sunshine. The outdoor space is lovely with plenty of seating and shades to give respite from the sun. Murielle and Lionel were great hosts. They met us on arrival and explained where things were kept/how things worked. They even provided a 'welcome' pack which was a lovely surprise. Sainte Marine itself is a lovely village in a great location. It has lovely restaurants, a bakery, a small supermarket and a couple of other shops selling artwork, wines/foods, etc. There is a lovely vibe in the village. Very happy to recommend this house.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung, Bäckerei und kleine Geschäfte bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Herzlicher Empfang durch die sehr freundlichen Eigentümer, die bei Problemen ( WLAN defekt) sofort reagierten. Sehr gut ausgestattet, mit hochwertigen Geräten in der Küche, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien, schöne Gartenanlage, die kaum einsehbar ist. Sauber und gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet. Für Familien mit größeren Kindern gut geeignet, mit kleineren Kindern eher schwierig, freie Treppe ohne Geländer. Haben uns sehr wohl und empfangen gefühlt, kommen sehr gerne wieder
