Heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Narrow motor access to 50 m from the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public parking 50 m. Supermarket 270 m, restaurant 100 m, bar 200 m, bakery 400 m, 30 minute walk to the centre, sandy beach "Lido Villa Olmo-Como" 1.5 km, grass beach "Lido di Cernobbio" 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km.
