We had a lovely 3 night stay in May 2025. The room and service were very good. We paid extra for a balcony view over the lake, which was great except for the fact that part of the lake enters the hotel property and acts as a litter and debris trap for the whole lake. The hotel staff let this fill with rubbish and did not clean it. Spoilt the view and our impression of the hotel and its staff.

A true delight

From the minute we arrived we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms are spotless and super comfortable with fantastic views. The breakfast is copious and delicious. The restaurant very very good. The position on the lakefront has is perfect.

Staff and hotel was lovely perfect location! But we wasn’t told when we checked in that there was a daily charge for parking! When checking out we received a bill for 25 euros a day for using there carpark!! In all my years of traveling and the numerous hotels I have stayed in I have never been charged for using there carpark!! Absolutely disappointed in this! This service should be free to all guests staying at this hotel and clearly explained when booking to get there is a charge!

The hotel is nice, the rooms are very small, shower was very small. I had to stand sideways in it, very difficult to move at all in it. Our room was warm/hot. We turned the temp setting to 19.5c which should be 67 and in the morning it was still warm/hot. Location is great, staff was great, breakfast was great.
