This romantic home is nestled in the beautiful scenery of Conca dei Marini. It is a comfortable residence for two people, just five minutes from the beach at Marina di Conca and the beach resort of Capo di Conca. A short distance from the house, you’ll find a restaurant, bars, a mini-market, an ATM, the post office, and a public parking lot where you can park conveniently for a daily fee. The gate opens onto a large terrace with a 180-degree view of the sea, overlooking Capo di Conca. The terrace is for exclusive use and allows guests to relax in the sun or dine outdoors on warm summer evenings. It is equipped with a sofa with pillows, sun loungers, and a beach umbrella. The dining area features wrought-iron chairs and a Vietri wrought-iron and majolica table.
From the terrace, you enter the main entrance of the house, which opens onto a large, unique space furnished with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a TV, a suspended table with stools for dining, and a nice double bed—all overlooking the sea. The bathroom features a beautiful, spacious stone-clad shower that sparks romantic daydreams. From the living room, you can access the dining area and the kitchen, which is equipped with a six-burner stove, range hood, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a SMEG refrigerator. A small storage room on the row houses the washing machine.
A short distance from the house, there is a mini-market (L’Angolo della Spesa) where you can buy everything you need for your vacation, a great restaurant with a view (Le Bontà del Capo) that offers cooking classes and lemon tours, a butcher shop, a pizzeria (“La Piazza da Nino”), a bar, an ATM, a general store, and a post office. At the 5-star Monastero Santarosa hotel, you can book massages or treatments at the beautiful spa, which is open to outside guests. The beautiful beach at Marina di Conca is just a 10-minute walk away (the path includes stairs).

The typical Mediterranean-style homes, with barrel vaults and whitewashed walls, feature beautiful flower-filled balconies and a spectacular view of the sea; the terraces, cultivated with lemons and tomatoes, bathed in the full, quiet, and fresh sea breeze, have made Conca dei Marini the ideal “retreat” for lovers of privacy and tranquility. The price includes: bed linens and towels, water, gas, electricity, air conditioning, heating, use of the washing machine, and permission for one car to park for free in Conca dei Marini and drive through the ZTL.

- IF you arrive BY taxi: tell the driver to call Cristina before arriving to receive information about the ZTL.
- IF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR: Contact Cristina at least two hours before arrival; she will provide you with instructions on how to download the app to park in public parking lots (€20/day) and access the LTZ
- The meeting point for check-in is Piazza Sciuscella; please call Cristina in advance to make arrangements for check-in

For late arrivals:
- There is a €50 penalty for late check-in after 7:00 p.m.

Guest access:
Guests have access to all areas of the house. The terrace is for the exclusive use of guests.
Other things to note
Public parking is available at a rate of €20 per day at a parking meter (parking in all cities costs €35–40 per day!).

Upon arrival, a €2 tourist tax per person will be required.
