Agua Bonita
Agua Bonita sleeps 28 ~ 22 beds ~ 8 bedrooms, 8 full baths + outdoor shower. A stylish exotic retreat filled with original artwork and furnishings from San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. A lush tropical oasis hidden behind high fencing for the ultimate in privacy & outdoor relaxation.

Living room has comfy leather sofas, chairs & cantera stone fireplace. A whiskey barrel & cedar tree posts provide fun indoor accents. Chefs will love the easy flow kitchen(s) fully equipped & very well stocked with everything needed to prepare large family meals. Separate utility room w/ commercial grade washer & dryer. Five (5) refrigerators provide ample space for all your drinks and groceries.

Each luxury bedroom is uniquely designed for maximum comfort and sophisticated style. Five (5) bedrooms have King size beds, three (3) open directly to the pool & four (4) open to the courtyard garden. All bedrooms have exterior french doors leading to outdoor entertainment areas.

Only a few steps to dive into the aquamarine swimming pool to cool off and then return to your private oasis. Each morning wake to tropical flowers & mountain top views from your bed. Lay in bed listening to the waterfall, or enjoy a dip in the deep pool just steps away from your private Texas size retreat w/ custom Queen bed, (2) twin bunk beds and lounge chairs. Pool views from your bed, while listening to the waterfall is intoxicating. Extra large bathroom with double sinks and shower/tub.

Courtyard Garden Bedroom 3.
Sultry bunk room has 2 twin beds and 2 bunk beds. Mood lighting. Handsome light filled bathroom with white tile shower, bench seat & wall niches. French doors lead outside to party pavilion & courtyard garden.

Poolside Bedroom 4.
Romantic white washed oasis with French doors, plantation shutters, vaulted ceiling and wooden beam. Wall sconces from San Miguel. Waterfall, pool and sunset views. King size bed with upscale furnishings. Spa-like ensuite bathroom w/ vessel sinks, stone counters & extra large walk-in tile shower for two.

Courtyard Garden Bedroom 5.
Step thru French doors into this serene, dreamy escape. King size bed with plush bedding. Twin bunk bed tucked into an alcove. Beautiful views of mature trees & distant mountain tops. Vaulted ceiling, handsome plantation shutters, wood floors and ensuite bathroom.

A foyer connects private bedrooms 6 & 7. Perfect for parents needing to keep an eye on their kids or guests who desire privacy. Foyer has two (2) sets of French doors leading to a covered patio w/ upscale outdoor furnishings, flagstone courtyard & tropical garden.

Courtyard Garden Bedroom 6.
