Very nice site for this town house of 115m2 approx, semi-detached on 2 sides, completely renovated, located on the left bank of Concarneau facing the channel and with a magnificent view of the marina and the city center opposite. Access to the ferry at 100M which ensures the crossing to go to the walled city and downtown on foot. Near the coastal path for beautiful walks along the coast and access to a small beach about 1 km. Public parking a few meters - small shops at 500M, supermarket 2 kms - Cabellou beaches at 4 Kms approx - ACCESS WI FI Included

Very enjoyable location excellent lovely house shame all the Restuarants were closed at night but the little ferry was great lovely Christmas market was lovely Only one disappointment the house could have been cleaner toilet bathrooms and kitchen but we still enjoyed the stay

Jolie maison au calme dans centre ville
Cette maison est bien située, proche du centre historique par navette maritime toutes les 5 minutes. Prestations parfaites il ne manque rien dans cette maison.Vue sur le port. Parking gratuit tout proche. Archipel des glénans à faire absolument plusieurs bateaux par jour.

Super maison bien située juste a côté du bac pour se rendre rapidemment dans la ville close juste magnifique, abord côtier permettant de superbes balades ! Visite de l'ile des glenans a faire mais attention pris au piege avec notre chien car les chiens sont interdit sur les plages du Finistère mieux vaut le savoir avant de s'y avanturer et de payer pour la traversant en bateau avec votre animal ! Pas de chance pour nous ! Je recommande

Wir hatten reichlich Platz und haben die Lage des Hauses und die Ausstattung der Zimmer sehr genossen. Die Küche ist allerdings etwas klein und heizt sich schnell auf.

Sehr schönes Haus direkt am Wasser gegenüber der Ville Close
Sehr komfortables und schön eingerichtetes Haus über 3 Stockwerke. Die Lage in Nähe der Fähre zur Ville Close war optimal. Der Platz vor dem Haus mit Bänken war ein schöner Ersatz für eine fehlende Aussichtsterrasse. In der Annonce von FEWO-direkt war leider nicht beschrieben, dass das 3. Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten kein Fenster hat, sondern nur indirektes Tageslicht über eine Lichtkuppel zum auch nur eingeschränkt belichteten Innenhof hat. Auch eine Luftzufuhr gab es dort nicht. In der Beschreibung der Agentur, mit der wir einen separaten Vertrag abschließen mussten, waren die Angaben über Haus und Räumlichkeiten genauer und auch die eingeschränkte Nutzbarkeit dieses 3. Zimmers korrekt dargestellt. Die Mitarbeiter der Agentur, bei der wir am Tag nach der Anreise einen Zweitschlüssel abholten und die Ausleihe von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern bezahlt haben, waren sehr freundlich.

Haus in Concarneau
Ein sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in einer besonderen und interessanten Lage an der Hafeneinfahrt. Die Altstadt ist mit der kleinen Fähre in wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen. Es gibt genügend kostenfreie Parkplätze. Die Endreinigung der Vormieter war leider nicht optimal.
