âLa Petite Concarnoiseâ is a charming fisherman's house from the 1930s, totally renovated in April 2022, located in the very popular district of "Passage", facing the Close City of Concarneau.
For a holiday without a car, this house is a stone's throw from:
- all amenities (Supermarket, Bakery, Fishmonger, bank, tobacco .. ),
- the Sea and the coastal path (150m) leading to the beach and the porzou wood,
- the Bac (bus boat) allowing direct access to the Ville Close with all its shops and small restaurants typical of Brittany.
House of 50m ÂČ and its courtyard of 25m ÂČ facing south, located in a small quiet street 150m from the seafront where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the marina and the City Close.

La maison de Géraldine propose tout le confort pour un séjour réussi !
A proximité direct du bac, nous étions dans la ville close en un saut de puce.
Nous avons malheureusement eu 4 jours de pluies intenses. QuâĂ cela ne tienne, nous avons profitĂ© de notre chĂšre Bretagne et nous retrouvions avec bonheur le soir la maison pour nous sĂ©cher đ
Agréablement meublée, parfaitement équipée, bonne literie et une trÚs bonne communication avec Géraldine (et sa maman bien sur!)
