Last minute stay that was so enjoyable.

We liked this hotel a lot. Spacious room, great breakfast, no noise. The pet fee seemed high, but when checking around we found other hotels that were much higher. I would definitely stay here again.

It is in need of repairs and or renovations.. The bathroom sink pipe had tape around it, tile looks old and a bit grungy, walls could be repaired and painted.

All the amenities, easy access, pleasant atmosphere. The room was perfect, able to listen to music on the TV. Had no problem connecting to the music station. AC was perfect, looking forward to the breakfast. Pool and the hot tub look very inviting. Staff was very friendly and very informative.

The property was maintained well. The free breakfast was okay. My credit card was charged at 11 am before I even arrived. The agreement was I was going to pay once I arrived. I never experienced this anywhere. Then you can't get have your room until 3 pm. Also, I found out that you need to request housekeeping and towels etc. a day in advance . That was never explained to us when we checked in. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The breakfast was great, staff was helpful. It seemed like there was lax maintenance and upkeep- we had a broken door handle in our bathroom, paint scratched off on the door, the shower wasn’t cleaned as good as I expected. The morning of checkout, we were in our room talking, showering, watching videos. We heard a slight tap and quieted down because we were unsure of what it was, but then the door was opened about 6 inches from the outside before it was closed again. I told the front desk clerk and she seemed annoyed and disinterested. Her initial question was “did they knock first?” Even if they did, why
