EQUIPMENT

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, and the second has two single beds. There is a bright lounge and a well equipped kitchen. The layout of the apartment is completed by the bathroom with the bath tub.

LOCATION

The apartment is located in the town centre of Conil, just a few metres from the commercial area with restaurants, pubs and ice-cream parlours. Fontanilla beach is just a short walk away.

Holiday rentals are as much in demand in Conil year round as in the main holiday season, which is from May to October when the townŽs population swells, and visitors enjoy the mild climate as well as the lively atmosphere on the streets.

From this location you can walk to beaches such as Los Bateles or Fontanilla, or take a short drive to the infinite and still natural beach of El Palmar, the famous coves (Roche, Poniente, del Aceite, Puntalejo, etc.)
There is a great choice of eating places in the area, and in the evenings the streets are full of terraces and bars, or you can watch the sunset from one of the beach bars. You can visit the local monuments or other towns in the province of Cádiz. There is so much to do you are sure to need to make a return visit to fit everything in.
