It is air conditioned and features 3 bedrooms with generous space for 6 people. A special highlight is the brand new, large pool with an extra area with stone benches – here is the best place to cool down and enjoy a glass of wine .

The covered barbecue area with outdoor kitchen next to the pool is ideal for an evening barbecue.

Laut Navigation hatten wir unser Ziel erreicht,es waren aber noch locker 600 m.

Super Ferienhaus - toller Urlaub!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem der Pool ist großartig und ĂŒberraschte, weil er doch grĂ¶ĂŸer ist als er auf den Fotos wirkte (bis zu 1,60 m Tiefe). Die Ausstattung im Haus selbst ist eher spartanisch aber dennoch ausreichend fĂŒr alles. Das AußengelĂ€nde bietet zu jeder Tageszeit ein schattiges PlĂ€tzchen, sei’s hinterm Haus, auf der kleinen Terrasse, unter dem Vordach oder am Pool. Die Lage des Hauses ist genial. So kann man gut zu Fuß in die Altstadt gehen, ist in 15-20 Minuten dort und auch einen Strand, Entfernung knapp 2 km, könnte man noch zu Fuß erreichen (aber als Familie mit viel StrandgepĂ€ck war das Auto doch die angenehmere Wahl). Auch mehrere SupermĂ€rkte (und andere GeschĂ€fte, z.B. eine Apotheke) sind fußlĂ€ufig gut erreichbar, darunter auch unter anderem ein Aldi, ein sehr großer Mercadona und ein kleiner El JamĂłn Supermarkt. Der Verwalter vor Ort, Pedro, war sehr nett und Ă€ußerst zuvorkommend; so hat er uns auch noch um 2:00 Uhr morgens bei unserer Ankunft aufgrund einer FlugverspĂ€tung herzlich aufgenommen und in das Haus gelassen. Wir bedanken uns und empfehlen diese Unterkunft in jedem Fall weiter.

Conil 2022

Das Haus mit dem Pool ist schön und auch außen mit der Sitzecke toll. Leider liegt es an einer viel befahrenen Straße und in der Umgebung wohnen viele Spanier, die HĂŒhner halten und dadurch frĂŒh morgens die HĂ€hne krĂ€hen. Auch eine Investition in Besteck und Geschirr könnte nicht schaden. Aber wir haben eine schöne Woche verbracht und wĂŒrden das Haus auch wieder buchen.

De woning heeft 3 slaapkamers, maar de badkamer is te klein voor 6 personen. Voor ons tweetjes was het ok. Zwembad prima en 2 x per week onderhoud door de verhuurder. Ligt buiten het centrum ( op een halfuurtje loopafstand) aan redelijk drukke doorgaande weg. Was onze 5x keer in Conil. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

La casa es ideal para una estancia vacacional, gran piscina, barbacoa, solarium, el interior de la vivienda de estilo rĂșstico pero equipado con lo necesario. UbicaciĂłn en las proximidades de los supermercados. Para ir a las playas, desplazamiento obligatorio en coche. Lo mejor estĂĄ apartado del nĂșcleo urbano y playas, descansas tranquilo y si quieres fiesta te desplazas a buscarla.

A fantastic holiday

The owner was there to meet us on arrival and spent some time to explain the property and the area in general. The garden area is lovely, the pool is small but perfect, especially the seating area. Just one small point to mention is even though the property accepts dogs, they are not allowed in the pool. My dog had broken her foot the day before our holiday so was unable to but had she not we had wanted to reach her to be more confident in the water. The BBQ area is great and the owner provided a new grill for it. The sunlounging area has plenty of sunloungers and a shade and you had a choice if sun or shade all day. The road is a little noisy but not enough to be overly disturbing. In the house the kitchen is well equipped and has a large fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. In the living room it would benefit from a second sofa as one sofa for an occupancy of six leaves it a bit short. The bedrooms are a nice size and the beds are the most comfortable I have slept on in a holiday rental, fantastic. The bathroom had everything that is needed. Aldi is a ten minute walk away and the beach is very close too. The property is very well presented and was spotlessly clean. We had a lovely relaxing week and would recommend it to our friends and family. Thankyou â˜ș
