The Antler Cozy Cabin! Cooke City, at the entrance of Yellowstone's NE Gate and Lamar Valley
This warm, homey cabin is new and is exactly what many picture when planning a vacation to the heart of Yellowstone Country. It is perfect for a group of friends or a family, the bedroom downstairs has two queen beds, and the loft has one queen. Downstairs enjoy a comfortable living room area, full kitchen, and full bath. To top it all off, relax outside on the patio and take in the lush greenery and fragrant flowers.
Nice 2BR cabin. Dated but clean. Two beds downstairs. I bed upstairs in loft, which requires climbing a steep ladder. Cute but tiny town. Very close to Yellowstoneâs famous Lamar Valley and the Absaroka-Beartooth Wilderness and Highway.
Cabin was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed our stay. A few little things would have been lovely. Our cabin had a kitchen but no paper towels or napkins. No tissues either. Really minor things but we missed them for our short stay.
The location was perfect for us. The cabin wasn't very clean, the box-type fan in the main bedroom & the bathroom fan were furry. Front door & light switches were really dirty. It would have been nice to have paper towels in the kitchen.
Adorable cabin in Cooke City outside the northeast entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Cooke City is a very charming town with neat shops and restaurants that are all within walking distance of the cabin. The location is perfect if you are planning on visiting Yellowstone; especially the Lamar Valley area. The cabin itself was good too. Adorable outside with a front porch and chairs to take in the view. The cabin is part of a group of cabins / motel so its not super private but this cabin was its own freestanding cabin so we had no issues with noise or other guests. Inside the cabin was basic but comfortable. Its noted in the description but worth mentioning - the loft is only accessible by a set of very steep stairs more similar to a ladder. Overall a good place to stay the night while visiting YNP and i would stay again.
