Ideal for families, this charming abode accommodates up to 10 guests. Enjoy feeding the friendly local ducks, fishing, kayaking in the lagoon, or surfing at one of Central Coast’s most renowned pet-friendly beaches.

This tropical retreat strikes the perfect balance between modern comforts and ample living space, boasting four cosy bedrooms, three pristine bathrooms, and generously proportioned lounge areas. Whip up delicious meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen which caters to large groups in the main house, while a self-contained studio with a mini kitchen and full-sized refrigerator offers added convenience. Connected to the main house via a secure undercover terrace walkway, access is both easy and safe.
To ensure maximum comfort year-round, both the main house and studio are equipped with reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans, keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer, no matter what the weather has in store.

The property comprises a main house and a fully self-contained studio, connected via an undercover terrace walkway. The ground floor of the main house features one bedroom, a bathroom, separate laundry, a spacious lounge, and a large, fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, both with balconies, a bathroom, and a lounge area overlooking the downstairs area. Outdoors
Experience the best of the tropical climate in the serene courtyard, enveloped by a lush canopy of trees. The courtyard boasts a spacious entertainment deck, complete with a shaded awning and outdoor ceiling fans, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a shaded meal. Take advantage of the outdoor hot shower, ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Fans ensure a cool breeze on warmer days, while the fireplace provides warmth on cooler evenings. Thoughtful decor adds a touch of charm and creates an inviting atmosphere, making the courtyard the perfect place to relax and unwind.

There is parking for one car under the carport, and at least two cars on the driveway.

Pets are considered on application and incur an additional fee.
Approval for pets is provided on a case-by-case basis and subject to the pet clause as per agency booking terms and conditions.

Special Property Information
The bunk bed is a lower bunk; from our point of view sturdy enough to sleep two adults, however, it is up to the individual guest to decide if it's suitable.

This property provides complimentary WIFI, and a password will be provided in your email with all necessary access details or will be available at the property. Please note, however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WIFI will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back-up plan.

Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions

1. The account holder submitting the booking needs to be in occupancy of the premises during the full term of the tenancy.

1a. Groups within the age range 17 to 25 years of age please enquire first.

2. The property is let for holiday purposes only - each booking requires a Guest Registration Form, photo IDs of all guests 16 and above and is subject to the agency booking Terms & Conditions for holiday lettings.

3. The property has noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines. Our properties do not allow bucks, hens, schoolies, or any kind of celebration gatherings.

4a. Our properties are not serviced, they provide supplies & guest amenities as starter packs, usually sufficient for a weekend; if you are planning to stay longer, please BYO.

4b. Firewood Starter Packs, Travel Cots, High Chairs and more are available as additional booking options for guests from the agency guest portal which guests will gain access to after completion of the guest registration process.

5. The cleaning and management fee is subject to a 1.5x increase for Sunday check-ins and a 2.5x increase for public holiday check-ins. For 2-week bookings, the cleaning fee is doubled and extended stays beyond two weeks require a mandatory fortnightly cleaning service billed to the guest with optional linen changes for an extra charge.

we booked again for next year, the location and feel of the whole house is just perfect. the outhouse allows everyone to have their space, well-stocked kitchen, access to boards, great outdoor area. the only thing i would say is the photo's need updating as they do not do the house justice.

EASTER FAMILY HOLIDAY
What a wonderful property right in the heart of Copacabana and a short walk away from the beach. This was a family getaway with 7 adults and 2 small children and 2 small dogs. The property was so well designed to provide good space and comfort for all. The layout of the property was perfect, the outdoor dining and garden was very pleasant and we especially loved the parents retreat outback which gave everyone there own space if needed. The property was very well equipped but as advised by other reviewers we took extra dishwasher tablets and toilet paper. I would highly recommend this property for a family gathering.

Great family vacay
We had a wonderful visit over the Australia Day long weekend. The house is thoughtfully equipped if you wish to cater yourself as well as walking distance to the small selection of shops in Copa. Our pup especially enjoyed the close proximity to the dog friendly lagoon.

Christmas Family Gathering
We loved our stay with five adults and five children. There was plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you could possibly need, like home away from home. Outdoor decking at the back was invaluable as it rained. Hopefully will return sometime in the future.

Great family hoilday home
This is a great property for the whole family. We had 7 adults, a baby, a toddler and 3 dogs and there was room for all of us comfortably. A minutes walk to feed the ducks on the lake and 3 minutes walk to the pet friendly beach. Highly recommended for families with furry friends. Great communication with the owner and friendly neighbours who lent us candles and a torch in the wild weather blackout.

The house was perfect and we all had a great time together with our fur baby grand children (our dogs) celebrating 26th, 32nd and 35th wedding anniversaries. It is spacious, has a lovely atmosphere with great decor and suitable dining chairs to sit in when still a little bit damp from a swim. Jess was a lovely host and was super efficient. Her responses to our questions were immediate. Thank you Jess, we are already planning our next stay.
