Lovely approximately 114 m2 apartment. It has plenty of space for 6 people. Ideal for 4 adults and 2 children.

The location is good in a peaceful area and yet close to downtown and public transportation.

2 balconies

Inner Østerbro is one of the most expensive neighborhoods in the city and those who live here typically demand a quieter neighborhood. This area contains the beach, harbor and one of the city's largest green areas Fælledparken. The Little Mermaid can be found in Copenhagen harbor promenade along Copenhagen's northeastern coastline.
When the weather is nice, you can take a dip at Svanemølle Beach Park.

On Østerbrogade you will find good cafes, restaurants and boutiques.

Lovely apartment in a good and safe area in Copenhagen and still in walking distance through green areas to the city center and several tourist attractions. Good transportations options also via metro or train to all of Copenhagen center and surroundings. The area itself has a 'parisian feel' with beautiful buildings from around year 1900, good and cosy shopping options and many green areas close by, such as the city lakes, Fælledparken, Classens Have, Kastellet, Østre Anlæg, Langelinie etc.

The apartment has been renovated 2018/2019.

The apartment consists of:

Entrance hall, living room with exit to street-side balcony, large kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed. This bedroom has exit to a balcony facing the courtyard, 2 children rooms with a sofa bed in each that folds out to 160 x 200 cm, combined toilet / bathroom with shower,

In addition, the apartment has the following facilities:

Wifi, Smart TV with DR and streaming possibilities, Sonos, dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer.
You can make coffee on a filter machine or a French press.

The living room exits to a small balcony. One bedroom exits to a balcony overlooking a green area.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a building without an elevator.

We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.

This property is conveniently located near the Østerport train/metro station as well as the shops, parks, and venues of the Trianglen. There’s a grocery store and bakery just two blocks away (there’s actually a great bakery about two blocks in any direction in Copenhagen). The property is very nice, great space, great views of the inner courtyard on one side and of the street on the other. This neighborhood is also super quiet. It’s away from the main arteries of the city so you aren’t awakened by traffic or other noises in the morning or kept up at night. Great trip!

Great location!

The apartment is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood yet still close to everything. Coffee shops, restaurants, and market within easy walking distance as are bus/train stops. It was clean and comfortable. Due to the high calcium content in the water in Copenhagen they asked that we wipe and dry surfaces after showering. Totally understandable and no problem doing this, but would recommend the host leave a towel specifically for this. There was one set of towels per person and nobody wants to wipe a bathroom floor with a towel they plan to use again. We ended up just sharing a hand towel and using the other two as bath mat/cleaning towel. Not a complaint at all, just a suggestion.

sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöne, geschmackvolle Wohnung mit zwei Balkonen, etwas außerhalb in einem ruhigen Stadtteil gelegen. Der Bus fährt ca. alle 10 Minuten von der Haltestelle um die Ecke ins Zentrum und ein Lebensmittelladen plus Lokale gibt es auch fußläufig.

Pretty apartment, with some challenges that make for difficult stay

This is a lovely apartment in a nice neighborhood, fairly well equipped, with a few challenges. In particular, the bathroom is pretty but not terribly functional. The minimalist shower design allows very little drainage, and within 1-2 minutes water is flooding all over the bathroom floor and threatening to spill out into the hallway. In addition, there are adamant instructions posted to wipe down and dry ALL the glass walls, tile, and even floor of the bathroom immediately every time someone bathes, as otherwise the water leaves mineral stains. So bathing is a stressful challenge that results in SEVERAL minutes of cleanup for every quick shower! Not enjoyable and much more work than at home. We also experienced the apartment as very warm (it was usually hot in Copenhagen during our stay -- no fans in apartment, either, just open windows). The neighborhood was advertised as quiet, but one night there was a street party all night (until 5 am, loud DJ and band) and the next night neighbors threw a birthday party with dozens of people and loud amplified music in the courtyard from 18 - 2 the next morning. We got very little sleep, and as we were there for work, this was difficult. Finally, we called the number provided for any questions/help while at the apartment, and got a person who spoke no English, couldn't help us, and promised someone would call back -- which never happened. So not overly impressed with the stay nor the helpfulness of the agency/owners.

We stayed for a week with our 11 month old. It was a great property for a young family, well equipped and lots of space. The location is excellent. It is a quite neighborhood but close to the City core, transit and all the attractions

We loved our stay in Copenhagen!! The apartment is lovely and big, near markets and good bakery. Parking was easy to find either right next to the entry of the building or very close by. We also loved the view from the large windows.We fell in love with Copenhagen!!!

Schöne Stadtwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt in einer ruhigen Strasse. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Supermärkte und Restaurants findet man in der nähren Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

die Wohnung ist gut per Auto zu erreichen, der Übergabeservice der Agentur lief absolut reibungslos, bis auf die Küche (leider wirklich noch dreckig) war alles relativ sauber - 120,-- oder jetzt sogar 150,-- für die Endreinigung lässt absolute Sauberkeit erwarten, sonst eine gemütliche Wohnung, gut ausgestattet und für einen Kurzurlaub geeignet

Pleasant, comfortable and relaxed

Everything here met or exceeded expectations. The apartment is good sized for 4 people, with bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment. Dining room and living room well appointed. Kitchen nearly completely stocked (except for food of course). We found the apartment clean and fresh as we arrived. The location is near the central city, but far away enough that one can remove themselves from it. In the near vicinity of the apartment, there are bakeries, supermarkets, drug stores and assorted other businesses. In the apartment itself though, one does not hear or see much traffic at all. Would certainly recommend this apartment for anyone seeking a pleasant stay in Copenhagen.

This is also located very near to the central city -- about 40 minutes by foot and several attractions closer. The apartment itself is quite nicely decorated. The bedrooms are on separate sides of the apartment, which can help. The small balcony does take some getting used to though. The only negative point (in as far as can be said) is that the building is not completely sound insolated (one can hear the neighbors), but this should not disturb one too much.
