The location was ideal for our first visit to Copenhagen. We loved starting our day with the delicious breakfast in the hotel. The rooms were super quiet and spacious. I highly recommend it.

Centrally located. Plenty of activity, food, entertainment. Rent the bicycles (fun!). Worth paying for the onsite parking, just be sure to use the safety cones to save your spot lol.

We ordered the loft 'family suite' which I believe Expedia should not offer as an option. The only adult bed was in the loft while the main level contained a small sofa bed only suitable for children. Expedia didn't include a single picture of the beds (that would have been helpful in not choosing this room). Keep in mind there's absolutely no space upstairs for even a carry-on suitcase. The steps to the top level are extremely steep and good luck in trying to navigate those steps if you need to use the facilities at 3:00 a.m. However the absolute reason this room is unlivable is due to the fact that the thermostat is located on the main floor, that's where the only vent for the room is located, also, there is no ceiling fan. Even though it was 10° outside (50 f), The loft area was stiflingly hot. We cranked the AC but the problem with that is that our daughter was "freezing". This room cannot accommodate people staying at the top and bottom levels at the same time. This setup would never be allowed in North America, The steep stairs alone would not pass code and are an accident and lawsuit waiting to happen. Otherwise, we did find the hotel location poor. It's located on the waterfront, which in this area is fairly desolate. We were also surprised by the fact that there was no gym.

Do not book a standard room. It’s so small you have to turn sideways to walk past the end of the bed. We had to pay a lot to upgrade to deluxe, which is still a smallish room for American standards. The front desk was less than helpful with various issues and gave wrong information multiple times. Thank goodness for the bar manager who gave us correct information about road closures and inability to get to the airport by taxi. He took the time to explain the metro and tell us how to use it for the airport. The location and view are nice.

The hotel itself is nice. I paid for a waterview room. No a/c and no soundproof rooms. Its too warm outside to keep the window and noisy outside kept me up all night. I specifically booked this hotel because it advertised air conditioning. You should not false sdvertise this amenity.

Great location. Room was right on the water. Former sugar warehouse with lots of character. Rooms were nice and spacious. Don't forget to reserve the private sauna and team room for a small fee. Was great being able to use it every night after getting home

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel, however thought it was very odd that the housekeeping service did not empty the garbage every day or restock items. Our beds were made and towels were replaced, but that was it. The garbage was left full for the entirety of the stay. If you are expecting morning coffee, don’t stay here. I was told that only “certain rooms” had a coffee machine (our room was 350 USD a night, so she basically implied that my room was not expensive enough to have a coffee machine). You are given instant coffee and a kettle, but once again beware because they don’t refill the instant coffee and your mugs aren’t replaced. I would have been fine if there was coffee downstairs but it was only in the restaurant and of course you had to pay. Breakfast is 40 USD per person per day
