This Hotel and the Room weren't worth almost $400 Per Night! Not Close to Downtown. Very Loud with a Bike Path Nearby. If you're Even Partially Disabled or want to be Close to Attractions this Hotel is a BAD Choice

Fairly new hotel in a redeveloped harbour area. 5 minutes walk to Metro so easy access from airport and city centre. Shopping centre with food court opposite hotel. Facilities of hotel ok. Room cleaning on request for eco reasons. Room we had was shower in bath not cubicle.

Offered an upgrade but declined. Hotel Copenhagen Island was superb. Metro from airport was simple. Head into mall, go upstairs and hotel next door. Full line grocery store-Fotex-in mall. Staff was professional and personal. Room was smallish but nicely designed. If you are a walker, Google Maps worked great. Short walk to subway station or bus station. Hotel central to major attractions. If I return I will rebook to this hotel. For me, hotel and staff were the best!

For a 5 stars hotel - nothing crazy, but affordable as for CPH standards. Rooms quite old, could use some renovation. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Reception area very nice. Breakfast good but not many vegetarian options. You have to book cleaning of the room otherwise they won’t clean it. Rooms are quite small and not well sound isolated. All in all a very average hotel, not what you’d expect from 5 stars.

Excellent facilities in a great location accessible to Meat packing district and Tivoli Gardens. Fabulous breakfast service and helpful staff. Couple of incidences where the housekeeping could be improved but otherwise a great stay.

It’s such a pleasure to stay at a hotel where you don’t need to ask for anything; everything is already in the room. The view is amazing, and I loved the heated bathroom floor. All amenities are thoughtfully provided, from towels and extra pillows to an iron and hair dryer. The location is also a big plus, with easy access to the metro, shopping mall, and plenty of food places nearby. If you enjoy the water, you can even go for a swim right outside! I highly recommend Copenhagen Island Hotel and would love to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The property and surrounding area are relatively new with a lovely view of the harbor but the rooms are still quite small for the expense and breakfast is an additional $30 per person. This hotel is most appropriate for business travelers on expense accounts who will be conducting meetings nearby. For a tourist on a vacation, the area lacks walkable food options other than the stores in the large mall next door. All the sights we wanted to see were a minimum of 20 minutes away by walking or metro. I would recommend staying some place more central.
