Beautiful old building , the library bar is a must for a drink as well. The staff at the reception was amazing , friendly , smiling and very helpful , sound normal but it’s not these days so well done , everything was great

Were not impressed and tried to refuse to allow us to pay cash. Rooms very dark, poor lighting, safe was faulty, sent a technician up, who would not listen, issue was not fixed. Housekeeping was not of good standard, other than being directly across the road from Tivoli gardens, (also was a disadvantage due to noise late at night, but cant have everything), was disappointed

I had a great two-night stay at ProfilHotel in Copenhagen! It was so easy to get to from the airport, with central station right around the corner from the hotel, and super conveniently located for walking or taking transit anywhere in the city. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. Would recommend and stay here again!

The hotel is very conveniently situated right next to the central station. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, if a little dark, and staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good, with lots of choice, and hot drinks were available during the day.
