From check in to check out the staff were so helpful. Was given a room in attic overlooking Tivoli. It was great, had to watch head on the beams. Breakfast was excellent and coffee superb. There was a great sense of being in a previous generation especially in the bar. We would return again

My third stay there, gorgeous old beautiful Hotel. Love the glass elevator, staff outstanding. Room wonderful amenities perfect. I’m coming back. This is a warning, lol.
Love you and they had just put up the Christmas tree not a fake one, the real deal. Beautiful.

Didn’t realize what a famous hotel it was! Nice room. Very attentive and helpful staff. The Library is amazing! And it was close to every place we need to go. Definitely recommended and would stay here again in the future!

I would listen to the negative reviews on the hotel. The staff were really nice but the room I had did not look like even close to the pictures. The mattress was maybe 3 inches thick and buckled in the middle when you were laying on it. My room had one lamp for lighting and nothing overhead. The location was great but the room was old, dirty and dark.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The building is so charming with much of the original decor making it very classic old world. The hotel is right next door to the central station but was still quiet. Staff were always so friendly and helpful
