There were some spots in the carpeting in the down stairs master bedroom.Heat only used fireplace per recommendation-which left the bedroom’s cold.Had to do a load of laundry to get more towels Only on complementary bag of coffee good for only two days.Feel like we paid top dollar and didn’t receive top dollar treatment.We stayed at Anaconda last year and they let us keep our car there past the checkout time of 10:00am until 1:00pm because we wanted to ski in the morning. We had to move the car over to the parking lot and take a bus this back over to the resort. There was empty spots the whole time we were there and new arrivals don’t start until 4:00 so we were taken a back at that.There was a heater in the entryway that was on when we got there making a terrible noise we just turned it off and turned the thermostat to low the noise stopped. We didn’t roll in until around 8:30 at night called office to report but got answering machine, but thought you might want to take a look at it.Drain in the master bath sink was very slow in draining and toilet didn’t flush very well even when you held the handle down for the flush to completely drain the bowel.We were disappointed the athletic club wasn’t included we like to work out and grand children like the pool. Note it’s included when we book through Copper Mountain Resorts.We didn’t find any recommendations on places to eat at the resort or off property.
