Well, I went to get checked in and there was a phone to call and no one answered so we had to look around the hotel and find the person that works at the front desk. The pillows and the bed is not comfortable at all and it just seemed gloomy and not updated.

I enjoy the stay here for the couple days that me and my mom had stayed. We were here due to Iowa City hospital appointments for my mom. Anyway yeah it was quiet, nice and clean rooms and clean bathroom as well. Delicious breakfast in the morning. Employees were nice. 😁👌❤️💯

The service was terrible. The keys did not work to open the door at the end of the building closest to my room. I expressed my displeasure and the women who checked me in offered no assistance. They were criticizing my physical limitations, which is against the law, and one threatened to throw me out of your hotel!

unfortunately won’t be coming back

shower wasn’t good, water sprayed all over bathroom, paint was chipping off, hallways reeked of cigarettes. my son spilled a pouch of mango carrot puree on the bed, i tried to clean it up, worker was being rude to me telling me it was puke on the phone, definitely wasn’t, keeps trying to charge me money over a stain. i worked hospitality for years and i have seen A LOT of things but we never charged anyone over a stain. very rude to me. room was spotless besides the stain, ANYWAY. the girl that checked me in on friday was great. was super sweet to my son too. the beds weren’t comfy, windows wouldn’t open, usually an okay stay, but this weekend was horrible. going elsewhere from now on.
