This property, tastefully decorated in Mediterranean style offers a luxurious and comfortable accommodation to those looking for a relaxing holiday by the seaside. Gracefully located at the extremity of a small group of buildings of the beautiful Avlaki bay on the north of Corfu, it is practically immersed in the very picturesque landscape and separated from the beach only by a small local road. Although this is not a crowded beach, a luscious, well tended garden will provide you with privacy in order to enjoy the indoors as well as the outdoors of this stunning villa. And even though it is very hard to resist the wonderful clear, deep water of this beach, it is certain that children and adults alike will also appreciate a lot the safe and private fun by the swimming pool.

Alles wunderbar, wie beschrieben. Zimmer, Pool, KĂŒche inkl. Ausstattung, Service, usw. Wir waren wirklich rundum begeistert. Roomservice und Poolservice hervorragend! Vielen Dank fĂŒr die unkomplizierte Kommunikation!Nach 3 Tagen haben wir auch einen sauberen, preiswerten Supermarkt gefunden: CentralMarket direkt am Stadtplatz von Kassiopi (7 Min. mit dem Auto)Der Strand hat große Steine (10-15cm) - also fĂŒr Ă€ltere Personen und Nichtschwimmer nur eingeschrĂ€nkt geeignet, aber machbar.Wir kommen gerne wieder! ;-)

Beautiful seaside home inside and out. We enjoyed the pool and the proximity of the sea. It had a well equipped kitchen and a nice grill area. It was nice to sit on the balcony in the evening listening to the waves. The host was easy to contact and friendly.

Hi location beautiful, outside space lovely.The main issue we had was with the bathrooms. There were 5 bathrooms so each bedroom had a bathroom however there was zero water pressure and once one person was using the tap or shower it stopped the water in every other bathroom.The bathrooms were also tired and need updating

Fabulous villa, very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms (in fact 5 bathrooms with shower and toilet, which the listing doesn't make clear). The star attraction though is it's proximity to a beautiful brach

Family and friends visit area regularly. Villa well presented with gardens that were at their best. Any issues were dealt with swiftly and Carol the concierge was a great help getting us taxis to airport. Lovely holiday, thanks!!!

Fantastic villa

5 couples stayed for 2 weeks. We loved the place, the rooms are very pleasant and the bathrooms are good although a little tired in places. Cleaners called a couple of times to change the towels, bedding etc . Having a local English contact came in useful as we needed a dentist during our stay! Amazing location with 2 great tavernas within 75 metre walk - even a boat hire in the bay. A hire car is essential, but not too expensive with plenty of choice at the airport, about an hour from the villa. So many beautiful places within a maximum hours' drive, although Kassiopi has everything you need by way of shops, cafes, boat trips etc. Everywhere we went the local people are so friendly and helpful. The villa instruction book does need updating, no mention of disposing of waste/recycling, and some spare bin liners shouldn't be too much to ask for. Overall great value; highly recommended.

Schönes Haus in schöner Umgebung

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Die Kommunikation mit der Betreuung vor Ort (Carol) war auch perfekt. Obwohl wir erst sehr spĂ€t angekommen sind, hatten wir kein Problem das Haus zu ĂŒbernehmen.

Sehr schöne Lage und toller Pool aber Haus ungepflegt und schmutzig

Das Haus liegt direkt nur durch eine kleine Straße getrennt am schönen Kiesstrand mit glasklarem Wasser. Der Garten und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und die benachbarte Taverne sehr zu empfehlen. Leider haben wir das Haus sehr schmutzig vorgefunden. (Tote Insekten in den SchrĂ€nke und Fensterbrettern, Haare in den Duschen und sogar in den Schubladen in der KĂŒche, Fleckige HandtĂŒcher etc.). Teilweise sind die Fugen in den Badezimmern schon ganz schwarz. Leider wurde das Haus auch nicht, wie in der Beschreibung erwĂ€hnt 3x die Woche gereinigt, sondern nur 1x. Auch der in der Beschreibung erwĂ€hnte Billardtisch ist nicht vorhanden. Fazit: Sehr schöne Lage, Garten und Pool!!!! Allerdings braucht das Haus dringend Pflege.

Perfect stay

We have just had a wonderful week at this gorgeous property.It is even better than the listing pictures. The most perfect location ..you can choose between the lovely pool and garden , or just walk out of the gates onto a pretty beach so fantastic for kids . Great restaurant 2 minutes up the ( quiet) road The villa has a lovely homely feel .. very relaxed and typically Greek . Lots of space for everyone Well equipped kitchen and barbecue area , and outside eating areas Just perfect for 7 adults and our 5 year old granddaughter.

Wow! Fantastic location and gorgeous house and pool

We booked for 2020 then due to Covid restrictions postponed till 2021 then finally got to stay in 2022 but it was worth the wait!! I was my husband/2 kids 11 & 14 and my sister and her 2 kids 14 and 17. We all loved it. The pool is fabulous with great comfy loungers. The sea so close and amazing. The food and drink in the welcome basket/fridge was so welcome and lovely. The Aircon in the bedrooms a godsend. Beaches nearby beautiful, taverna next door very welcoming and had great food. We didn't hire a car so just walked to the nearest shop which was about 25 mins walk. We just enjoyed our time at the villa, did walk to nearby Kassiopi but preferred to come back to the tranquility of Avlaki beach. Iraklis was very helpful when I had to let her know we needed to cancel our first planned trip and then the following year too. Was very grateful we managed to stay here. Would definitely love to return đŸ„°... can you tell we love it

Wir - insgesamt 4 Paare - haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem sehr gepflegten Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber vier SZ im Erdgeschoss und zweu SZ im Obergeschoss, zwei AfenthaltsrĂ€ume und zu jedem SZ ein Bad, wobei das Bad eines SZ im Erdgeschoss nicht direkt vom Zimmer aus erreicht werden kann. Große KĂŒche mit zwei großen KĂŒhl- und GefrierschrĂ€nken und SpĂŒlmachine. Alle drei Tage kommt das Reinigungspersonal, reinigt und wechselt HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche. Auch der Außenbereich ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Blumenpflanzungen mit BewĂ€sserungssystem; SĂŒĂŸwasserpool, der regelmĂ€ĂŸig auf Chorgehalt geprĂŒft und gereinigt wird; Außendusche; gemauerter Grill. GroßzĂŒgige und (neuer) fĂŒr 10 Personen ausreichender Esstisch mit ebensovielen Sitzgelegenheiten vor dem Haus. Schöner Strand mit großen Kieseln direkt vor dem Haus. Ruhige und einsame Endlage; das Corfu Sailing Center auf dem NachbargrundstĂŒck gibt es nicht mehr. Ausgezeichnete Taverne direkt in der Nachbarschaft. Supermarkt in etwa 1,2 km. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit Vermieter (tel. und per E-Mail) und mit Concierge vor Ort. Absolute WohlfĂŒhl-Empfehlung fĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Gruppe oder Familien mit Kindern!

Avlaki Beach House

Wonderful location. A short drive or even coastal walks to nearby bays and beaches. We had fun jumping off the jetty and paddle boarding. A big plus is Cavo Barbaro the taverna a few minutes away.

Wunderschönes Anwesen in Traumlage

Sehr schönes grosses Haus mit 5 Schlafzimmern und wunderschönem Garten mit Pool. Im Oktober war es abends schon oft ziemlich frisch im Haus, mittels der Heizfunktion der Klimaanlage dann aber gut auszuhalten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war stets schnell möglich und freundlich. Die Bucht in der das Haus liegt ist ein Traum und zumindest so im Oktober sehr ruhig. FĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub mit mehreren Personen sehr zu empfehlen.

Absolut wunderbar

Das Avlaki Beach House möchte ich in jeder Hinsicht als nahezu perfekt beschreiben. Die Lage ist einfach sensationell, die Aufteilung der RĂ€ume/der Grundriss sehr durchdacht. Gerade fĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Gruppen ist das Vorhandensein so vieler separater Badezimmer ein Genuss. Auch das zwei sehr große KĂŒhlschrĂ€nke zur VerfĂŒgung stehen empfanden wir als echten Vorteil. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war stets vollkommen unkompliziert und super freundlich.

Perfect villa in perfect location

The house we even better than we expected, the pool was a lovely size with lots of loungers, there were a couple of outdoor seating areas, lots of the rooms had balconies, the bathrooms all worked perfectly and were clean and the quiet beach was idyllic, and Cavo barbaro the taverna next door was superb . We loved every minute and weee sad to leave
