Beachside Haven - Your Perfect Oasis Home

Beachside Haven is an immaculate, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home featuring water views, impressive entertainers’ kitchen, media room, 2nd lounge with sofa bed, light filled living and alfresco entertaining spaces. Keep the whole family entertained in the games room, complete with pool table, TV, dart board and ping pong table!

The centrally located kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including oven & dishwasher, gas cooktop, steam oven. The alfresco open plan layout seamlessly flows from the kitchen through to the dining, lounge and large under cover balcony with outdoor setting and chairs.

On entry level you will enjoy the extra space of a self-contained guest accommodation, including a kitchenette, dining setting, lounge with TV, DVD player and bathroom. The bedroom on the entry level has two single beds that can be zipped together to make a king plus a Bunk (2 singles).

The Master retreat has a king bed, TV, water views, ensuite and a very spacious walk-in-robe. The remaining two bedrooms on this level have queen beds.

The double lock up garage offers a ping pong table, dart board and two mountain bikes for you to ride the trails parallel to the beach. The beachside trail links up with kids play equipment, fitness stations and into the Nelson Bay Marina.

From Beachside Haven you can take a short stroll to The Anchorage Resort, a first class marina and bar for a beautiful dining experience. They also hire bikes and kayaks. Or bring your own bikes as there is a wonderful shared cycle path to Nelson Bay and beyond. Paddle boarding takes place at Dutchies beach. A must while you are on holiday, is to take the beautiful walk to Dutchies beach and onto Nelson Bay Marina.

Dog Friendly - maximum 2 small/medium dogs. $100 per dog (request/approval required).

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 10 adults & 2 Children. There is a sofa bed that will be added to accommodate two children 11 & 12 ($100), total maximum guest 12.

BED CONFIGURATION - Please advise which option will best suit your group
OPTION 1: 1 King, 2 Queen, 2 single and a bunk (2 single)
OPTION 2: 2 King, 2 Queen, and a bunk (2 single)

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas and pillows are also supplied.

Additional costs when booking:
Sofa bed (children only) $100 per booking which includes towels and linen hire.
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

BOND - $1000 is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.

We enjoyed a lovely week at Beachside Haven. We loved its close proximity to the off leash dog beach across the road. The views were fabulous from the large patio off the main living area and kitchen. The bedroom and bathroom facilities were perfect for our family group of 7 adults plus my fur niece. The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed to self cater most meals. Beds were very comfortable. There could be more attention to detail with the house cleaning. Other than that everything was great and we had a memorable holiday in Corlette. Thank you!

The rooms were comfortable and well furnished. House mostly clean but dirt built up in corners behind doors. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. The laundry was disappointing. Water was leaking across the floor from the washing machine, and we could not get the dryer to work. The dogs were safe, and the fencing was adequate. We appreciated the doggy bags supplied. The bathroom floor got very wet, and we would have appreciated spare bath mats to make it safe.

A wonderful place to stay

We had a great stay, enjoying the proximity to the beach and views from the verandah. We all agreed the property was very spacious and well appointed, with multiple living areas and the bonus games area downstairs, with all the equipment as described. Our four legged family member was very happy to find the doggy door and very secure back garden. Would happily return for another holiday!

Amazing property

We had an amazing time at the holiday house during Sail Port Stephens week. The house has everything you need and more. We we had 7 people stay and there was ample room for everyone to be together and have there own space. A few of us were also working online so the study area was excellent. Clean and well stocked. My only very small recommendation would be to keep on top of the pest control inside and outside and the lawn could have been mowed before we arrived as it was a little over grown but this are very minor things and did not hinder the amazing stay we all had.

The house was fabulous with so much space so all family felt they go have their our space at any given time. The location was superb! The house although a bit dated was clean and well presented. I would suggest a thorough clean of the kitchen cupboards. The shower door in main bathroom was not fitted well as some of us could not fit in shower unit due to the door. Some items in bathroom need replacing (toilet brushes)Otherwise a great place to stay and relax with family and friends

2 grandparents 2 x 30 somethings & partners 1 3yr old 3 dogs came together in Corlette for Christmas & New Year.The house has plenty of space / bathrooms & garden for the dogs. The views are great ( although pruning the bushes will improve), The dob beachacross tje road is awesome.

Perfect for a family holiday

We were a group of 6 adults & 6 children ( aged 7 to 15) This property had everything on offer for a comfortable holiday. The kitchen was well equipped with sufficient crockery & glasswear for 12 people & even had plentiful supplies of tea, coffee, cleaning products & rubbish bags. It slept 10 comfortably, but the sofa bed on which we'd planned to sleep 2 of the smaller children (as requested in the property details) was very open to kitchen & loungeroom noise so we had to use our blow up beds (thankfully a last minute packing choice) in other bedrooms. We had 2 dogs with us that slept downstairs with their family. They had trouble negotiating the polished stairs to go up to, or go down from the main living area of the house. It's easy enough to walk them via the outside of the house, but there's still concrete stairs to climb. The games room was a real hit with all family members. The pool & table tennis tables both saw a lot of fun challenges played. The location is great...just across the road from the beach where the kids swam or paddle boarded & the dogs were able to be walked & or played with other doggie friends. There is a handy little shop (The Corlette Store) where you can buy good fish & chips, hamburgers etc. as well as milk & other basics. Would recommend for a family holiday.

Relaxing break away

We were close to everything we needed in Port Stephens. Walk to dog beach, at the house we had a pool table, ping pong table, darts, fishing rods, bikes, various areas to relax and read. We didn’t use everything that the house had to offer as we did get out and about to enjoy the sun and area. A few stairs in and outside the house, be mindful if you have less mobile people (or dogs) when looking to book. 45min leisurely walk to the marina (with a few hills!), our little Jack Russell was exhausted by the time we got back, coming back was easier. Definitely recommend to book. Would have enjoyed updated tv’s to be able to watch Streaming services, we found that the only one able to do this was in the garage.
