The property is near Sedona, Jerome, minutes from a Agave golf course, Vineyards, hiking & biking trails, and the Verde River.
With 2,600 square feet of space on two acres of land, this spacious home has room for your whole group! Three bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodate up to eight guests. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, massive windows overlooking Sedona, and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. This bedroom also has a private entrance leading to the back patio. The second bedroom has a king bed and overlooks the mountains, while the third bedroom has a king bed and overlooks Sedona. You’ll find a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub in the second bathroom. The kitchen features abundant counter space, stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, and a light-filled dining area. Take care of your laundry from the dedicated laundry room, home to a second refrigerator. There’s no shortage of massive windows throughout this space, so no matter what you’re doing, incredible views await!
Outside, the front patio, back patio, fire pit, infinity pool (heated for additional charge), and hot tub mean there are plenty of spaces to enjoy the magnificent scenery. Relaxing get away

Wonderful property. Enjoyed the local hikes. View from home absolutely gorgeous. Easy drive to Sedona. Excellent communication with host. Had no issues at all with this rental. Would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Visit

Our group of 6 adults stayed the second week of November 2022. We had a wonderful visit. Communication with the owner was great. The location was fabulous. We were able to enjoy the surrounding areas. Our group enjoyed the patio and hot tub most of all. It was too chilly for the pool, but we did get to enjoy it once. The home had everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable after long days exploring the beautiful area. Thank you for a great vacation!

Beyond Our Expectations!

We would highly recommend this home to everyone! Photos don’t do it justice. It is bigger than it looks with storage for everything! The outside area and pool are are just fabulous! The kitchen is fully stocked, there are thoughtful touches in every room. The host was incredible to work with and answered every question. Go with their recommendations on restaurants. Exquisite views and solitude, yet close enough to good food and GREAT hiking

My wife and I stayed here for a birthday, we were never more than 30 minutes (of a gorgeous drive) from a trail to hike or new experience, yet far enough away that we didn’t feel like complete tourists. The house was clean, neat, and nicely appointed and the hot tub was a welcome treat each night after hiking all day. The views and layout of the house are second to none. The sunset and sunrise are highlighted by the orientation of the property and the beautiful floor to ceiling windows. We look forward to coming back. 5 stars!!

Relaxing Getaway

The owners have made this house a home. Their attention to detail was not missed. My favorite experience was my sleep. The beds in the house are better than hotels. I have traveled a lot and I can say the beds here are what made the trip amazing because once you have a good restful sleep it makes you feel energized and ready to take on the day.

Amazing experience!

Absolutely loved this home! Dawn was a great host. House was amazing. We especially loved the hot tub and stargazing at night. 25 minute drive into Sedona but well worth being outside the city. Would absolutely recommend!

Peace on Earth

If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful oasis, this is the place for you! My husband and I wanted a romantic, private place to spend our anniversary, and this house had everything we needed. We woke up early each day to look at the beautiful sunrise from the hot tub before taking off for a wonderful hike (we did Black Canyon and Wilson Trail). We didn’t bother eating out because the kitchen is so well stocked to prepare great meals, and frankly we didn’t want to leave the house! The night is so quiet and bed so cozy, we slept like babies. I’d love to bring our grown children back for a family get together! Worth every penny!

Quiet and beautiful!

This property was absolutely perfect! My husband and I were looking for a quiet, cozy house with a great view for a long weekend. This place delivered! The outdoor space was amazing, even during February. It was too cold for the pool, but the stars at night were absolutely beautiful from the hot tub. The kitchen and dining areas were great. The living room was spacious with tons of windows to let the sunshine in! Dawn replied back to questions quickly during our stay which is very much appreciated. We will definitely be back!

Great Labor Day weekend!

I highly recommend this house for your trip to Sedona. It worked perfectly for our group of 5 (including two couples)--2 real bedrooms, and 1 trundle bedroom. The house has a fully stocked kitchen, the pool and grill areas are just as pictured (amazing!), and the views are incredible. Dawn was very responsive and accommodating. Note that the house is a 30 minutes from downtown Sedona with traffic, so if you are planning on going in and out of Sedona, leave yourself plenty of time!

Amazing Getaway!

Dawn's home is simply amazing! Our family enjoyed the views, pool and tons of laughter playing board games on the patio. She was extremely helpful in local eats and things to do, provided a fully stocked home and was all around a spectacular host! We cannot wait to come back.
