NO PETS ALLOWED: Port A Memories is a non–pet-friendly property with strict enforcement. If a pet is seen entering the home, a non-refundable $1,000 penalty will be charged, and the renter may be evicted with no refund. If the pet is not removed immediately, an additional $300 per day will be charged until eviction. The contract holder is responsible for ensuring all guests are aware of this policy and may be liable for any cleaning fees or damages related to the violation.
