Charming 1BR 1BA ground floor condo offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and captivating water views. Located on large canal. Only 7 minutes to the Beach. Take a refreshing swim in the pool, unwind in the hot tub and catch some shade on the water pavilion. ALL NEWLY REFURBISHED.
Dedicated boat slip. Very limited exterior cosmetic repairs ongoing to complex. 95 % complete. NO pets allowed.
This condo is perfectly located for beachgoers, boating enthusiasts, and relaxation as it sits less than seven minutes from Whitecap Beach and is a short drive to three different public boat ramps (including one at Packery Channel).
You'll find several great restaurants within a short driving distance from the condo. CVS is a 5-minute walk and open until 11 PM every day! Less than a five-minute drive will take you to cafes, bars, restaurants, live music, and more. The Gulf beach is less than 7 minutes away.

Approximately 20 miles inland, you can tour the Texas State Aquarium, Selena Museum, Art Museum of South Texas, the USS Lexington, the Corpus Christi Museum of Science & History, Botanical Gardens and downtown Corpus Christi and much more:)! Port Aransas is a short 20 minutes to the North.

This condo sleeps 4. You’ll have a full kitchen, nice living area and a patio to relax on right outside the back door. This is a (1) bedroom, (1) bathroom condo. There is a Queen size bed in the bedroom area, a pullout sleeper sofa in the living room, washer/dryer and more.

I enjoyed staying at the condo. It was easy to gain entrance, the key box was a great idea! Am thinking of doing that at home too. The chores at the end of the trip were slightly annoying, but hey, that’s what keeps the cost down!!My only complaint was the floors were a bit dirty; I think due to that very fine sand at the beach. It must be impossible to sweep or vacuum all of that up!! Overall it was an excellent stay!! thank you!!

We had an amazing stay here. Condo was clean and in such a great location. Bed was super comfy and loved having a TV in the bedroom to relax in the evenings. Also a huge plus was having a washer and dryer in the condo. Great communication with host. 100% recomenned this condo/host and would love to stay again for our next Corpus Christi vacation. We were so close to food, stores and the beaches we could not have found a better location.

My husband and I booked this condo in an area that I grew up coming to. The customer service and communication between the property manager was absolutely amazing.
