The Aransas Princess is a beach front condo in the heart of Port Aransas Texas on prime beachfront property and offers views from every unit! This stunning building offers a jacuzzi and two swimming pools, tennis courts, and private beach access. An extra bonus is its conveniently located in the golf cart friendly area making it easy to explore downtown!
The Aransas Princess is loaded with amenities to provide you the perfect vacation rental for your trip.
Location, Location, Location! This condo is located right off of the Gulf of Mexico. Take the boardwalk directly to the beach or just enjoy the view from the balcony. With amenities including new tennis courts, two swimming pools, and a hot tub you're sure to have an amazing coastal experience.
This unit features a spacious living area filled with light including a sofa sleeper that overlooks the ocean. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom while the second bedroom offers two twin beds. The bonus den offers another sleeper sofa as well as a private bathroom. The kitchen has been updated and is fully equipped.

The experience was wonderful And access to everything was easy. Beach access was very close. Only problem was no sheets or pillows for 2 of the beds. Called front desk and had to wait 5 hours to get sheets and there were no pillows Available.

In Desperate Need of an Update

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great; the staff was helpful, but the condo itself was in poor condition. It appeared to have not be repaired from Harvey. Water damage was evident in the bathroom and all rooms had some humidity issues. The first night there was a large AP contraption in the kitchen to remove water and an appliance by the washer and dryer beeped throughout the night. The washer and dryer were quite old. The living room pull out couch was broken (4 or 5 springs missing), and the unit had no extra pillows. The kitchen was only semi-stocked and only had 4 teaspoons.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean condo with tons of room. Location is right on the beach with wonderful balcony view. I’ would stay here again anytime.
