This fantastic, two-story townhouse is conveniently located in the sought-after Beachside Townhomes, within a half mile of the beach and only one and a half miles from downtown Port Aransas! Take advantage of the new resort-style community pool where you will also find a fun waterslide, grilling areas, and picnic tables under palapas.

Port Aransas is widely known as the 'Fishing Capital of Texas' because of its prime pier fishing, deep-sea excursions, and bay and channel fishing. Water activities are a big deal here and abound as well - try your hand at surfing, parasailing, jet skiing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Port Aransas also boasts a bustling community of art galleries, museums, boutiques, and restaurants to satisfy every palate.

This family-friendly home away from home is the perfect home base to explore and experience the best of Port Aransas. We love staying at these condos because it’s spacious, clean, and the pool is awesome for kids! Parking is only two spots, but there are some guest spots.

The condo was clean, spacious, and well stocked. Exactly what our family needed for a fantastic vacation! The staff was responsive and friendly and went the extra mile to get us checked in early. We will definitely be using Vacasa again!

This was a very nice property.

We really enjoyed that we booked in the middle of the week and had their amazing pool all to ourselves. The layout of this unit was unique with two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs and common area upstairs.

The property is very nice! We enjoyed our stay and definitely would consider staying again. On the down side, the tv in master bedroom didn’t work nor did the outdoor grill. The only other thing I would mention is the water pressure is so low in all bathrooms.

Super Nice.

Almost everything about this property was as expected and super nice. Easy access to everything from the Beach to Downtown to the fairy! The pool is to die for when you have had enough of the saltwater! We would definitely recommend this to others or even rent it again ourselves. Now we only gave a 4 star for two reasons the first was the upstairs shower has no water pressure, yes it works but there is not much water pressure for gettin totally clean. The second was the furniture for seating, the sofas was the most uncomfortable place to sit we have ever seen! Also if we would have had then seven adults that originally planned to be there, we would have been sitting on hard chairs due to the lack of furniture for the number of people the Condo would hold. All in all it was a very nice place 2 small problems where if corrected 5 stars plus easy!
