Up to two family dogs are welcome to join you as you make yourself at home on the covered patio in your private enclosed 1200ft yard. The home's open interior is vibrantly colorful with coastal wall art. The group's chef will have everything they need to prepare a picnic in the lovely well-equipped kitchen.
If after a full day of surf and sand, all you want to do is cool off in the central A/C, the plush sofa is just the place to relax in front of the big, wall-mounted cable TV. For your additional convenience, a rollaway bed is available in the primary bedroom's closet.
Nearby, explore many parks such as Padre Balli Park and Mustang Island State Park. For great sightseeing opportunities, head to the Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve and the South Texas Botanical Gardens & Nature Center. Delicious food and vibrant shops are also nearby, indulge yourself and discover your new favorite dish, or head to the Flour Bluff HEB for all of your day-to-day shopping needs.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting âYesâ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: Camera located at gate entrance, pointed at the pool and parking lot.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
