Fantastic Stay

We have stayed at this location many times and have never had an issue. We love the location and the tranquility behind the privacy fence. The unit is always super quiet, plenty of space and very clean! Highly recommend.

This places has gone so far down hill it’s not funny. No power for 18 hours, no working remotes, the list goes on I’ve stayed mutilple times but this was the worst I’ll never take my family back or recommend this place again

The sofa bed mattress is visible springs, our 10 yr old opted to sleep on the sofa itself instead of the bed... and if she hadn't been exhausted from so much fun it would have been rough. The main bed is delightful.

The pool on the property is very nice but could be cleaner. The pool water was foggy and our eyes burned through the next morning. The condo had a weird smell the entire stay, could be the cleaning products they use but the smell camr home with us and I was not fond of it. Over all would still stay again!

Worst customer service ever.

House was disgusting when we arrived. When talking to customer service they would not give a refund or work with us to find accommodations. We ended up having to move to a different location with a different company after a 8 hour drive with a infant. Do not rent with this company.

Nice place close to the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice property plenty of space for two people comfortable bed and living room furniture. We booked this property because it had a nice pool complex. Overall the pool is nice but it’s not as big as it appears in the pictures. Over half of the pool is only about a foot deep kiddie pool with a water feature. Still very nice but it only takes a couple of families before it feels overcrowded in the deeper section. Would stay here again. It’s pet friendly and the units all have a nice fenced in porch which was really nice to get the dog cleaned up after going to the beach.

The pullout sleeper sofa mattress pad was ripped and very very uncomfortable. The water spout outside our condo room had a lock on it and was unable to rinse offpur dandy feet, sandals outside prior to entering condo. The bedroom mattress is very thin and hard. Sleeping beds definitely needs to be upgraded. Good location but not comfortable. Had 2 dishwasher tabs for 4 days and one detergent packet that was enough for 1 load. We needed to do a load of towels every night to have next day.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon moving in we encountered a mouse and droppings all over the kitchen. Maintenance came the next day and put out traps. The next day we encountered live cockroaches and again maintenance came. The condo was treated twice in a week for cockroaches and we still had sightings. Next was a pest mangement company who came and sprayed on week 2 and then again on week 3 because we still had sightings. On week 4 another pest control company came, sprayed, and baited and we had more sightings probably because of the bait, but we were done. Because of the pest problems we had to deep clean the property, especially the kitchen several times. The first time we did this, the condo was not fully clean...we found children's underwear, earrings, and lots of dust bunnies. Besides these issues, the condo was very dark and the tub/shower was hard to use due to no safety railings. Padre Escapes did everything they could to help us with these issues, but whoever they contracted to clean should be fired. With all of our issues, Padre Escapes did change our accomodations for the second part of our vacation which we were very grateful for.
