Relax in the welcoming living room, appointed with a couch, armchair, and a 32” flat-screen TV. Prepare beach snacks in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances. Gather around the kitchen bar for meals, which offers seating for six. Sleep soundly in the primary bedroom, appointed with a king-size bed and flat-screen TV. The second bedroom offers another King-size bed and another flat-screen TV. Both bathrooms are equipped with a tub/shower combination. Kick-start your day with a cup of coffee on the front porch, furnished with two Adirondack chairs. The unheated, year-round community pool is just outside your front steps. This single-story unit is accessed via five exterior steps at the entryway. This coastal retreat is an 8-minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico’s warm waters and soft sands. For a fun day trip, Mustang Island is a 15-minute drive, and North Padre Island is 30 minutes away. - A 2 night minimum stay is required.
- MONTHLY RENTALS ONLY FOR DECEMBER, JANUARY AND FEBRUARY (2 MONTH MINIMUM RENTAL DURING THIS TIME)
- Assigned parking for two cars maximum in the parking lot. (There is no overflow parking)
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25.  A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
