Coastal Cool--2/2, Close to the Beach! Private HEATED Pool

Welcome to Deja Blue! This charming cottage was originally in Old Town, but has been moved to its current location, placed on cement piers, and completely renovated while retaining its unique charm. There is also a private, heated swimming pool. Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the home features two bedrooms, two baths with walk in showers, a complete kitchen granite counter tops, a spacious living/dining area, and a game/reading/office nook.

When you enter Deja Blue, you'll find an open-concept living area with a full kitchen. The living area has a leather sofa and a smart television and is a great place to catch a movie after a day in the sun. The separate dining area has a table that seats four a breakfast bar. The kitchen features stainless appliances, custom tile counters, plenty of cabinet space, and everything you need to cook the catch of the day. There is also a small sitting area off of the kitchen that's a great place to read or enjoy a cup of coffee.

The first bedroom has a queen bed, a smart television, and an attached full bath. The bath features a large walk-in shower with custom tile surrounds and floors. There is also a full closet with space for all of your gear. On the other side, you'll find a larger bedroom with a queen bed, a smart television, and a large closet. The hall bath is next to this bedroom and it has a walk-in shower and custom tile.

Outside, you'll find a large deck and private heated pool with plenty of room to catch some rays or relax under the shade of the palm tree. The pool has a shallow beach for the kids and is heated in the cooler months. Surrounding the pool are a dining area and several lounge chairs. Also, outside, you will find a great green space fenced for your fur baby with a picnic table and grill that is perfect for enjoying the Gulf breeze and the sound of the ocean. There are two off-street parking spaces and room for a golf cart.

Deja Blue shares the property with one other cottage, Casita Blanca. It is a one bedroom one bath that sleeps 3. Message us about reserving both if you have a larger party.

Your stay includes all of the following: smart television, highspeed wireless internet, kitchen/bathroom supplies, bath towels, and linens.

This property is dog friendly and we welcome you to bring ONE dog as long as they are not listed as an aggressive breed and are well-trained. We have a maximum combined weight limit of 50 pounds. All dogs must be approved prior to arrival. Please message with the age and breed of your dog since we have restrictionson age, size and breeds. Puppies and dogs on the aggressive breeds list above are not allowed. Pet cleaning fee of $50 per dog for the entire stay. Guests who bring a pet without approval will be charged a fine of $200 and will be immediately evicted from the Property without refund for remaining days on reservations.
