Just bring your swimsuit and toothbrush, everything else has been provided at the Spinnaker. We’ve installed a boat slip at your backdoor. The furnishings are bright, coastal, and comfy. This is a third floor full-sized condo with lots of room sleeps eight. Enjoy the smart HDTV or Bluetooth stereo in the living room. It will be a pleasure cooking in this kitchen. All appliances are full size and everything you could want is provided. There’s plenty of room for dining at the table as well as breakfast bar. After a sun kissed day on the island, enjoy refreshing drinks on the balcony watching the boats come in. When it’s finally time to say your goodnight, both rooms have been nicely furnished in coastal themes. Whether you choose the sleeper sofa in the living room, queen size second bedroom or the queen size master bedroom with bunkbeds, both have been furnished with luxuriously soft sheets and summer down blankets that will ease you into a quiet baby’s sleep. North padre island is a unique - laid back paradise with something for everyone. It’s relaxing and exciting, great for sunbathing, pool lounging, stargazing, bird watching, fishermen, surfers, golfers, boaters, kite-surfers, parasail’s, kayakers, skydivers and much much more! Enjoy the beach with a short 15 minute drive during the day and twinkling stars over the water at night. Get excited by dolphin sightings, learning to surf or go kite surfing all in one fabulous weekend. Go bay fishing or head to the deep blue water, golfing, para sailing or parachuting the choice is yours but it’s all here!

Overall okay. Unfortunately they were working on the exterior of the whole complex. The pool was torn apart the entire 3 weeks of our stay. We were reimbursed a portion for this. It's no fault of the host and check-in was seamless.

Great location!
The location of this condo is really great! We were a group ranging from 7-55 years old and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider this condo again if we were coming back to Corpus Christi.

My family stayed here and we had no major issues. It was well stocked with everything you could need and booking was a smooth process. There were some small inconveniences here and there. The garbage disposal was not working, the guest room bed was extremely loud and there wasn’t a remote we could find for the master TV. It would have been nice if the guest bedroom had a smart TV as well since there is no cable box. Beds were pretty comfortable and everything else worked as expected. The ice maker is a great little appliance as well. The host is very nice and we had no issues with communication. The place could just use a little update, it served its purposes just fine though.

The Condo was clean, beside the coffee pot hat a old filter with coffee ground what was all moldy. I needed to bleach it. The electric plugs in the bathrooms was not working and the Air Condition went off. It was hot and very uncomfortable to sleep, the first and last night. The garbage deposel was not working ether. Otherwise we had a great time.
