Escape to your piece of paradise! 

3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath with a study. This will accommodate 8 guests with plenty of room to entertain. The master bedroom has a king, 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds, and a study with a full sleeper sofa.  Enjoy relaxing on the upper deck and watching the activity on the Intracoastal Canal. Bring your boat and fish in some of the best spots in Texas. Don't have a boat, no problem. There is a wonderful fishing pier- for your fishing enthusiast. Wonderful, stocked kitchen for those great meals. Grill for your outdoor gourmet cooks. Wonderful breezes from the back deck with beautiful water views.  

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be made 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.

Awesome house with a great view!

The house is great! Good location and view. It is even better and comfortable than it shows in the pictures. We caught a ot of fish off their pier. We will be back.

Awesome location!

This house sits on the intercoastal canal with an amazing view of the bay. We sat on the deck and enjoyed all the different boats cruising the canal. We had really good luck fishing off the pier as well! Definitely coming back!!

Spring Break Visit

Beautiful property with plenty of parking and nice interior layout for families. Great outdoor space for kids to run around with convenient dock for fishing. Free little library right by the house was an extra bonus for the kids.

Best coast house in Rockport

Outstanding property! Well planned home in a great fishing area. Great home for 2-3 couples to enjoy a long weekend. Kitchen was very well equipped with utensils. Made some excellent meals and had fun doing it. Fish were everywhere, and we never left the dock! Looking forward to our next visit here!

Fantastic Place to Stay

Beautiful Place. It was very clean and nice. The view is spectacular and the location is perfect. However, they are a little behind the times in regards to technology. You will have to drive all the way to Key Allegro to pick up a key to the door. Most places these days have combination locks that eliminate the burden of picking up a key. Otherwise, this place is fantastic and I will rent it again.

Kayak Fishing in Rockport

Pristine property in an ideal location on Estes Flat. The house was immaculate and very well appointed. Sitting on the porch in the morning sipping coffee we witnessed salt life at its finest. Dolphins, jumping fish, and a variety of coastal birds. The humming bird feeder was an extra nice feature. The only minor issue is there is not a simple way to get into water with kayaks from high dock or wall. The facilities were designed for larger water craft, with no ladder or beach. Once in though it is very close to excellent kayak fishing on Estes flats.
