Welcome to Sea Gull Unit 1007, a stunning 10th floor oceanfront condo located between downtown Port Aransas, Texas and Mustang Beach State Park. This beautifully appointed two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat offers breathtaking ocean views and a serene ambiance, perfect for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. With a capacity to accommodate up to six guests, Sea Gull Unit 1007 features two luxurious king bedrooms, each with a 43-inch Roku TV and a ceiling fan. The primary bedroom has a large sitting area, great for relaxing when you want a bit of privacy, with two upholstered chairs and a private bathroom and a walk-in shower. French doors in the hallway lead to the second bedroom suite with separate doors to the bedroom and the bathroom, making it possible to have a private bathroom and bedroom. Alternatively, the second bathroom, which has a tub and shower, can remain accessible to other guests by leaving open the hallway double doors. Both bedrooms have plantation shutters allowing privacy while still affording an expansive view of Corpus Christi Bay with its spectacular sunsets.
The spacious living area is designed for comfort, complete with a cozy seating arrangement, a ceiling fan, and a 50-inch Roku TV and DVD player for your entertainment needs. The couch opens into a comfortable queen size bed thanks to the 11-inch plush air mattress inflatable with an electric pump.

Step out onto the private balcony to relax in the four bar-height chairs to watch the sunrise or moonrise over the Gulf or to soak in the sun and enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts typical modern appliances, including a refrigerator with internal automatic ice maker and water dispenser, sink with a purified drinking water faucet, and whisper quiet dishwasher, making meal preparation and cleanup a breeze. Small electrical appliances include a Cuisinart 2-in-1 coffee maker for pods or ground coffee, coffee grinder, crock pot, panini maker, griddle, blender, and more. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, which can seat eight, or take them outside to the patio for an al fresco dining experience. Guests staying for a month or longer will have access to the large, stacked washer and dryer inside the unit. Free Wi-Fi in the unit is password protected.     Best condo we have stayed for vacation! Well acquainted, beautifully decorated and the host were quick to answer and friendly! Kitchen is stocked and organized and we didn’t need anything other than groceries! Beach was way better than we expected and clean. The staff at the location were just ok- but since we were dealing with the owners directly that didn’t bother us at all!

    AMAZING on beach

    This condo is wonderful!! You can walk down and be on the beach, it’s very clean, has everything you need!! There were chairs to borrow from condo building. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Great place to stay and wonderful communication from owners. Definitely recommend this place.

    Totally enjoyed our two-night stay at this 2 BR condo. Quite comfortable and relaxing with everything we needed. Exactly as described and pictured. Beach and weather were both beautiful. The view from the balcony was fantastic. It would have been nice to spend more time there. Dining at Trout St Bar and Grill in town was also excellent. Likely to visit again.

    I only wish that I could have stayed longer at this lovely well-kept property. The Owners are wonderful, great Communicators, and care very much about their guests total satisfaction. There is no detail overlooked at this property, the Kitchen is very well-equipped with beachy furnishings throughout. The views are amazing and early morning sunrise pics are stunning. Your only complaint is that you can't stay longer.

    This is our 3rd time staying at the property- we love it! Location is incredibly convenient – just a short drive into the main area of Port an and we love being directly on the beach. The communication with Kelly and Lisa is always easy and the amenities in the condo are lovely.

    Breathtaking Views... Fabulous Accommodations

    We absolutely LOVED this condo. Not only were the views absolutely incredible (sunrise from the balcony, sunset from the bedrooms!), but the condo was beautiful; the staff were awesome; the hosts were fantastic; and the location was perfect. It is away from the main downtown area which can be a little chaotic but just a short drive. We would absolutely recommend this VRBO. We promise you won't want to leave!

    I can't say enough great things about this condo, the owners and the location! Great location to the beach-very fast from condo to beach, condo was updated, bright clean! Owners were so kind and in touch about anything and everything-even when the internet was down for a bit they texted to let us know-we were on the beach so it did not matter but it was great to be informed!     The unit was well set up, and beautifully furnished. The view was lovely, despite the cloudy and cool weather of February. The balcony is blocked from the tradewinds, so it is pleasant and enjoyable even when quite windy. we would definitely rent here again.
