SLEEPING QUARTERS: Choose from five, amazing king suites! On the third floor, the palatial, primary king suite has soaring ceilings and features French doors opening to a balcony with Gulf views! Enjoy a cozy seating area and a stunning bathroom with designer tile walls, luxe soaking tub, dual sinks, and spacious glass-front, walk-in shower with bench. This suite even has its own washer/dryer stacked in a closet! On the second level, both king suites opens to the balcony, offer gorgeous bedding, and luxury bathrooms with walk-in showers. The first floor offers two more king suites, each with bonus built-in bunk bedsâideal for families with little ones. The downstairs den also has a pull-out twin sleeper sofa.

Casa Grande is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Casa Grande the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
The house is gorgeous. It has a kitchen that is extremely well equipped with everything you need. The five king beds were fantastic for our group, and the large table was perfect for meals and playing games. The elevator was wonderful WHEN IT WORKED. It only worked about half the time. Maintenance is the only concern when staying at this property. The security alarm went off the first night we checked in. Maintenance never even came to the house. They told us they didnât know the security alarm code and didnât know how to reach the owners. We ultimately had to dismantle the security system ourselves. No one even followed up the next day. I even expressed my concerns to a manager, but no one ever responded.
