Padre Paradise

Great time. Only hiccup was power going off the last day we were there. But property managers kept us apprised of the progress and of course it was “an act of god” and couldn’t be helped. Perfect location and condo was perfect fit for my husband and me and our little dog. She loved meeting everyone at the complex.

Condo needs a little TLC, needs new sofa and upgrade dishwasher. Was very clean and furnished well with all kitchen needs. Balcony dirty when we arrived but management took care of pigeon problem. Management responded quickly. With a few upgrades condo would be a super excellent experience

We had a great time staying here. Perfect little getaway for my family. Short walk or drive to the beach, the pool and hot tub was excellent and the property was well kept. We would recommend this to anyone. Thank you for letting stay.

Perfect Perfect Perfect

The property was exactly as seen in the pictures. Excellent kitchen, very clean and walking distance to the beach. We met several people at hot tub, pool and weight room. We had a problem with the washing machine and I called the management phone number and they responded within an hour to fix it! They were great, these people really have their act together! Very very happy!

Beach Getaway

The unit and property look a lot nicer in pics than in person. The couch was dirty with cereal or granola and refrigerator food stains from prior guest. We are neat freaks, so a little disappointing with cleaning fee which is charged. We had a family above us stomping both evenings which was pretty annoying, but what you can get when you stay in a multi-story property. Otherwise, the stay was good and the beach was nice.

Awesome stay

We came down to see the turtle release and our stay was very pleasant. We only had one hiccup and that was there were no sheets for the pull out sofa, but we called the property owner and they delivered the sheets promptly. Otherwise the stay was perfect. The apartment was clean, the pool was relaxing the grills were even clean, and the distance to the beach was so nice. Thanks for making our little down here so enjoyable.

Beach community

The unit was located in a safe community with a great pool near the beach. Well stocked condo, nicely decorated but several issues made it receive a lower rating. The hallways seemed very worn out with lint from dryers hanging out of the vents and blown out all over the floor. The pullout couch was very uncomfortable to sit on, seemed broken. The 2 upholstered chairs smelled and needed to be cleaned. The bathroom shower curtain actually had pink and black mold all over the bottom of it. Needs to be replaced. Found two live cockroaches in the bathroom. Baseboards in the bathroom need to be vacuumed or wiped down between visitors. The wood flooring was swept but not mopped. Picked up dirt on your feet when walking barefooted or with socks on. The kitchen needs a thorough cleaning. The stove, range hood and bottom drawer of stove has a coating on grease on it and dried food particles in the drawer. A little more attention in regards to these recommendations would make it a more pleasant experience for your guests especially when paying top dollar during the summer months.
