Step into endless entertainment with this newly built 4-bedroom home. Complete with a heated private pool, putting green, and plenty of space to entertain and relax with family and friends. This house has it all and is located in the heart of Historic Port Aransas. Whether you're driving to the beach in a golf cart or visiting the local shops, the location keeps you within reach of everything Port A has to offer. The spacious driveway can accommodate 5-6 vehicles easily with plenty of space for boats and watercraft. Walking up the stairs to the beautiful main deck you will find seating for 4 people, a perfect place for drinking your morning coffee. From there you enter into the main level of the house, where you are welcomed to a spacious and well-furnished living room, perfect for relaxing and watching TV with family and friends. From there walk into the kitchen and dining area, complete with a large dining table, island, and stainless-steel appliances. With seating for 9, it's the perfect place to gather everyone for meals. Walking down the hallway on your right you will find the first bedroom. Furnished with a full over full bunk bed. To the left, there is the second bedroom complete with a queen bed. This room shares its full bathroom with the third bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed. Walking out from there you will the full-sized washer and dryer in the hall, useful after a long day at the beach. At the end of the hallway on the right, you will find the master bedroom. This room has a king-sized bed and TV, as well as another full-sized bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The host was very responsive and helpful. The golf cart and heated pool were an awesome amenities for the time of year we went (December). Fun property, close to everything. The beds were really tough to sleep in- not super comfortable and very loud every time you move. None of us slept that great, the only down side of the property.

Was an overall great experience the only complaint was the heated pool cooled after 10pm it was no longer warm and the first night everything was great but 2nd night pool was covered in a blanket of mosquitoes so needless to say we didn’t enjoy downstairs or the pool the next day

Beautiful and Wonderful Place
just too many hiccups!

Place was absolutely beautiful, extremely nice and the amenities were awesome! However, here were our major problems with our stay: 1. We got notified we could check in early, we arrived then the keys were not in the lockbox at the property. We had to wait for someone to bring us the keys. 2. The pool was dirty. Went in circles to get it cleaned. Property management sent over a disgruntled and unprofessional employee to address issue. Had to request that the disgruntled employee not be sent back to address any issues, because of his horrible attitude and demeanor. Ultimately the issue was resolved and the pool got cleaned. 3. Roach/water bug were found inside the property. 4. Active Fire Ants/mounds located near pool. Had to request pest control. Issue was resolved and pest control employee was great. 5. Propane tank was almost empty, had to request full tank. 6. BBQ Grill caught on fire because unbeknownst to us the drip pan was full of grease. Grill was completely damage and had to be replaced. Maintenance person was very apologetic and accepted full responsibility for not properly cleaning drip pan prior to our arrival. 7. Laundry room door was damaged and fell off hinge. Door would not close properly. Called and reported to property management. Overall, the home/interior was extremely nice and very well kept. The amenities were awesome as well; heated pool and golf cart! If they fix the aforementioned hiccups for future guest, it’s a magnificent stay!
