The "main home" is on the 2nd floor and features a king primary suite with 4-poster bed with plush pillow-top mattress, a walk-in closet, walk-in shower w bench, dual sink vanity and blackout curtains. Other bedrooms upstairs are a queen and a bunk room plus another full bath with tub/shower. A rollaway bed, high chair and pack'n-play also on this level.
The 1st floor studio is an large open space with a king and queen bed, a sleeper sofa, 2 recliners, plus a dining table/chairs and another restroom with shower.
The 2 units are completely separate with private entries.
Private 5-person spa can be accessed through breezeway or from 1st floor apartment. The ommunity pool has some family-friendly features: a full length bench, a 6' sundeck and a full-width entry. The pool is just one unit over (approx 30' from our driveway).
