Put together a picnic lunch for the beach or a cook hearty dinner in the dazzling, fully-equipped kitchen boasting white granite counters, generous cabinet space, and high-end stainless steel appliances. Gather for meals at the four-person dining table.
The condo can accommodate four people between the bedroom and a full-size sofa sleeper in the living room.
Relaxing and restful, the primary bedroom's blues and whites soothe you into a restful slumber in the king bed. Large windows provide lots of natural light and a walk-in closet has ample storage space. This room also comes with a 50" flat screen TV and en-suite bath with walk-in shower.
Amenities include an in-home washer/dryer and one dedicated parking space in the shared lot, and a dainty patio for those cool evenings. A Town Center grill for barbecuing and an outdoor shower to wash away the sand.
***NO PETS ALLOWED*** IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
The Hideout is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering The Hideout the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
We enjoyed the unit and itâs location to Port Aransas. It would of been nice to be able to get fresh air into the unit. We are use to windows that open.
The cookware and dishes in the kitchen were great and plentiful. Nothing was missing. Patio was just a bit tight.
Cinnamon Shores is a great community and even with some construction it was quite quiet. We enjoyed our stay.
This property is the best in Port Aransas. The review is regarding the management office that runs the place and their horrible communication. On day one, we noticed that the hot water took at least 20 minutes to turn on in the shower. The management team has a call in number and a text number. They NEVER answer the call in number. When you leave a message there is a greeting from a receptionist that is laughably long before you get to leave the message. We misplaced some things and had to call and text several times. They never called us back. Ever. The text message gets answered hours after, sometimes not even the same day. If you really want something you need to go and bang on the door. We are considering buying a place there but I would have to have a serious conversation about changing the policies there.
