It was a place to stay. People were coming and going all night that just felt sketchy. Lots of door banging and quite a bit of yelling into the parking lot at 2:00M from rooms. Caught many people "hanging out" on the back of my truck. Pretending to have a chat and looking around to see what was in the back. I opened the room door and told a guy to move along, he told me it was "his truck" and to mind my own business. So I set the alarms off with my fob and he said some inappropriate things and let me know what type of physical altercations he would like to get into with me whilst he walked away. I visit Corpus a lot. My regular hotel decided to sell themselves as a time share. I will not be staying at this hotel again. The conditions of the room were as you would expect at this price. I just needed a place for about 5 hours prior to a fishing trip.

Other than the spiders i had to deal with in the room i had. The room had fresh paint and there wasnt any odor.. it was fresh smelling.. i was suprised how good the room condition was. I wont hesitate to book this location again.
