My condominium is at Mustang Isle Condominium. It is within the city limits of Port Aransas, in the southern part of the town in a quiet residential area, with convenient stores and restaurants nearby.

The condominium is very close to the he beach. A short walk will place you in 18 miles of beautiful beaches!

For those who enjoy swimming in a pool, Port Aransas offers a wonderful community pool just a five-minute drive from the condominium.

My one-bedroom unit features an open living room/dining room floor plan. A pass-through window between the dining room and kitchen.

The living room features a couch and love seat. TV, DVD , cable & WiFi.

This condo has a pull out couch.

The galley kitchen in each unit includes stove with oven, dishwasher , refrigerator, microwave oven, double sink, toaster, coffee maker, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, and pots and pans.

Bathrooms include a full bath and shower unit and storage cabinet.

The unit has one king bed with a large wardrobe and chaise.

The property has a fish house to clean your fresh catch! An outdoor shower, and a patio with charcoal grills and picnic tables for your enjoyment. A coin-operated laundry is located next to the office.

Perfect getaway

The condo was beautiful and clean ! It was literally right by the beach. There was lots to do on the island ! The host was great with communication and recommendations! Will definitely come back.

Condo was not as described on VRBO

Owner and husband were still cleaning up the condo when we arrived at 3:00 at the appointed check in time as there were boxes and other items all over the living room which they had to remove and they had to clean the floor. We finally got in at 5:00. We were told that the appliances were new and had never been used. We were not given any written instructions for while we were there. We could not get the stove to turn on and called the owner and she had to look up how to get the stove to turn on. After about 20 minutes we were finally able to get it to turn on. The kitchen was well equipped except the dishes could not be used in the microwave or dishwasher which was not hooked up. They also only had a one slice toaster which smelled like it was burning when used. We had to ask the neighbor how to get the door to lock. The mattress was uncomfortable and when we told the owner she said one side of the mattress was very soft and the other side was firmer. We were not informed of this at the time of check in. There was an open area in the kitchen over the sink with exposed pipes and wires. we took pictures. Some of the switch plate covers were missing. THis was rented to us as a completely finished and remodeled unit, which it was not. I would not rent this unit until all remodeling was completed and the dishwasher was working. Instructions for TV. working the thermostat and taking out the trash, that the washer and dryers only take credit cards.

Great condo, has outdoor shower for beach return and fish cleaning station. Very quiet and nice people all around the property. Easy access to beach and all things fun.

Everything was great!

Clean unit, 6 minute walk to the beach, everything was straightforward and drama-free. I especially liked that the bedroom was a separate room from the entrance/living room. It gave us and the kids a little privacy. *Important* Google Maps will give you 18min walking directions using Sandcastle Dr. Ignore those and instead walk down Anchor Drive instead, which is the first street after you turn right onto eleventh.

There is a condo directly behind the room. On both Friday night and Saturday night young adults were partying and had the music turned loud as well as their voices could be heard, till 3 to 4 am in the morning. The police were called by neighbors as well as us and yet on Saturday the partiers continued playing music and yelling loudly. Ruined our vacation and will NEVER stay here again.

The location was the best, close to the beach and all local activities. The condo was on the 1st floor so that was a super ++ as you know most all properties in Port A you have to fight all the stairs!!! The Condo was the perfect size for my husband and I and our Yorkie Bella. Stacy was very nice and personable to have as our host.

Short trip/soft bed

We were excited to be in Port A but it ended up being a turn arou d trip. We spent one night, bed way too soft, and had to head home. Unfortunately i did NOT here from the property mamager once i alerted her to this. I wasnt looking for a full refund by any means but maybe something, or just some actual return communication would have sufficed. I will not be staying here once we replan our trip.

Everything we were looking for

We were looking for a place to go to the beach for a few days with our two little dogs. This place was perfect. Had everything we needed in a place. It had a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom and it was pretty close to the beach. the hostess was quick to respond to any request that we had, the bed was pretty comfortable evidenced by the fact that we both slept much longer than we normally do. We like the fact that it didn’t have any carpet in it, so we didn’t feel bad about bringing sand into the place. It was a good value for the money it cost us to stay there. The appointments of the place are pretty basic, but that’s what we were looking for.

Ended up in a neighboring condo (no complaints because it was a nicer unit) when the A/C wasn’t working in the unit we rented that could really use some updating. A/C wasn’t fixed for a day and half after we advised owner, which wasn’t really her fault but didn’t get much sleep our first night.
