The space
Located just 10 minutes from the Port Aransas ferry and 15 minutes to Corpus Christi, Sea Havenâs location is hard to beat.
Sea Haven beach rental is a blend of modern elegance and nostalgic refinement within a spacious open concept two story home. Itâs a brand new 4 bedroom 3 bath home situated on beautiful resaca with water features. Sleeps 7 comfortably upstairs with an additional 4 twin beds in the down stairs guest suite. This home is energy efficient with foam insulation, windstorm rated windows, Engineered Trec decking on patios, and dual zoned A/C, Covered Parking for Two and Room for Four Vehicles.
There is a lagoon style community pool with waterfall behind the house and within easy walking distance. There is not a private boardwalk, however, beach access is just a few minutes drive away and leads to beaches less traveled on Mustang Island.
LIVING AREA
The upstairs living area is an open concept space with built in entertainment center featuring a 65" Roku TV and secure Wifi Internet. With a large sofa, love seat, and two rocker recliners, it is a great space to enjoy a movie or play one of the supplied board games from the hall closet. Balcony access is situated off the living room and is nicely furnished for a space to relax and enjoy a peek-a-boo view of the ocean.
KITCHEN & DINING
The upstairs kitchen and dining space touts modern upscale elegance with soft touch cabinets, matching stainless appliances, a large island snack bar with extra deep split sink, and Quartz countertops throughout the home. This home features appliances such as Keurig K cup coffee maker for mornings on the go and a Margarita machine as a fun alternative adult beverage maker...you supply the mix and alcohol! There is a spacious dining area with table and chairs for 6, as welll as, 4 barstools at the island bar. Sea Haven is stocked with lots of kitchen extras: Toaster, blender, beverage server, large crab pot, spaghetti strainer pot, nonstick copper frying pans, cookware, and baking sheets. The bay, pool, and lagoon can be viewed from the dining area.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
Sea Haven spared no expense when it comes to comfortable sleeping spaces. The Master bedroom has a high end King size pillow top mattress, Roku television, ensuite full size bathroom with tiled walk in shower, walk out balcony deck, and peek-a-boo view of the Gulf of Mexico. The Guest bedroom features a king size memory foam mattress, Roku television, and shares a hall bathroom with the Kids room. The bathroom has a shower, soaker tub with tile surround and vanity. The Kids room is perfect for younger kids with a full size bed and a hidden trundle. There is also a Roku television to stream their favorite programs.
Need extra space??? Downstairs is the fourth bedroom and is a guest suite. It is outfitted with two stackable twin beds which converts into four twins. There is a minifridge for those extra drinks, Roku television, and a full size bathroom with shower and tub.
AROUND SEA HAVEN
Bella Vista is a beautiful gated community located on Mustang island just 30 minutes off the coast of Corpus Christi. The pristine beaches of Mustang Island offer 18 miles of shoreline, and world-class fishing and bird-watching. Dining, shopping, and entertainment such as the Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course are minutes away in the town of Port Aransas or Port A as it's affectionately known to locals. Located just 40 minutes from Corpus Christi International Airport, Port Aransas is home to superb marina facilities, incredible restaurants, art galleries, charming boutiques and shops, and a host of recreational activities.
Other things to note
Departure cleaning is included with your rental of the home; however, the Guest is responsible for the following items prior to departure:
- Remove all trash from rental home and place in outside receptacles.
- Place all dishes in the dishwasher and start it.
- Place all towels by the washer.
- Turn AC up to 78 or turn heat down to 65.
- Clean the grill if it was used.
