Bask in the coastal breeze on the 2nd-story deck, or soak up the sun at the sparkling community pool. Walk to the beach in minutes, just a few blocks away. Light and airy decor and updated furnishings create the perfect home-away-from-home.

LIVING AREA

The open living area offers comfy seating on two sofas -- one of which converts to a sleeper sofa. Make some popcorn and enjoy a movie on the 85” flat-screen TV with DirecTV, cable, and a soundbar. A wooden bar seats two, providing a quaint spot for morning coffee.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare tasty home-cooked meals in the modern kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table with seating for up to six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This tri-level condo sleeps up to six guests in the three bedrooms.

Located on the ground level, the master suite is furnished with a stately king bed and a 43” flat-screen TV. The en-suite master bathroom is outfitted with a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

On the third floor, the second bedroom is furnished with a king bed and 43” TV, while the third guest room has a queen bed. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the rooms features a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

A convenient half-bath is adjacent to the second-floor dining area.

Great Property

This property was a great location, clean, and spacious for our group. It did say parking was tight and that is probably an understatement. We fit in the space fine, but there is absolutely no extra room for cars. Pool was clean and enjoyable for teens night swimming after a day at the beach. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. for cooking.

Clean and sufficient.

Sufficient for 5 day stay. Nothing fancy, however listing was accurate for the amenities available. More kitchen items for use than expected. The ice maker leaks a bit and you have to break the ice out occasionally in order to prevent it building up in the freezer - but I’m sure they’ll fix that. Parking wasn’t terrible, but we did get blocked in once in the public parking area.

Good for the price

The property was good. Great location, but I'd say a little far to walk to the beach with cooler, etc. Get a golf cart! The TV was a great size, but the cable channels were very limited, which is no big deal, but I wouldn't advertise cable. Some minor home amenities I would expect that were lacking were basic spices for cooking, no laundry detergent, no trash bags, no bathroom spray, and rough toilet paper. All minor things, but can take away from the perfect stay. The upstairs deck only had a view of the other decks within the property, but again no big deal. The wood floors were beautiful, but from the master we could hear every step pretty loud. Although a garage is not advertised, there is an attached garage that was locked, and would have been helpful. The lock was tricky for the kids. The communication with turnkey was great. There was a pool and hot tub, but the hot tub never worked. And there was construction with blaring music right behind us the whole time. I would stay there again, but of course know the extras I would need to bring.

Overall the condo was clean and had plenty of space. The coffee machine was broken which was disappointing the first morning. but we made do. The 85” tv in the living room was fantastic and we had plenty of space for all of us.

Great value

This condo is nicely situated and is close to the beach access road as well as to restaurants and shops in town. The pool was great although the hot tub was not working while we were there. The condo itself was great and my kids loved having their own rooms. My kids are older so I would caution families with younger kids that due to the layout of the house, there isn't an openness that allows for visibility. But it worked out great for us! Turnkey was a pleasure to work with and were very responsive. This was the first time that I have rented in which I needed to get in touch with the property manager. The only things that I would mention is that the guest bathroom has a significant odor, the dryer did not work properly which I found out towards the end of our stay (it took all day to dry a small load of clothes and they were still damp), and all of the bath towels were still somewhat damp when we arrived. As a suggestion, it would be nice to provide salt and pepper as we cooked each day but overall, everything that we needed was provided. Also, I did not see this included in the listing so I will add it here: there is no beach equipment included as well as beach towels. Despite a few cons, I would recommend this property to families and groups who are looking for a good value coupled with a convenient place to stay close to the beach.

Beautiful Condo in perfect location

The overall experience was phenomenal. The pictures of the condo do not do it justice. The proximity to everything in Port Aransas was perfect. The ONLY negative was beautiful second floor balcony had bird droppings on some of the furniture and on the deck.

Great Stay in Port A

My family had a great time staying at this beach house. It had all the comforts with a great location close to the beach access road, central restaurants and shops. The nice community pool was relaxing & not crowded. We will definitely return.
