Hula Girl House is a charming stilted coastal retreat located in Ocean Village, just 0.8 miles from the beach, and now features its own private heated pool for year-round enjoyment. Designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, this professionally decorated home showcases an eclectic tropical style that creates a fun, relaxed “beachy” vibe from the moment you arrive.
The spacious open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area is perfect for gathering. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for even the most serious cooks, offering stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, a pantry, both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, plus dishes, cookware, and utensils. Enjoy meals at the dining table for six with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The living room provides plenty of comfortable seating with a couch, loveseat, and accent chairs—ideal for movie nights on the wall-mounted TV with cable. Just off the living area, a gaming table seats up to six for cards, dominoes, or family game night.
Step outside to the front balcony overlooking the catch-and-release pond, where you can sip your morning coffee while spotting blue herons and other seabirds. Don't forget a little extra lettuce for the turtles that call the pond home!
The kids will love the bunk room (BR1), featuring two twin-over-twin bunk beds, a dresser, wall-mounted TV, and ample floor space to play. The guest room (BR2) offers a queen bed with nightstands. These two rooms share a full bathroom with vanity and tub/shower. The first master suite (BR3) includes a queen bed, built-in nightstands, a bench at the foot of the bed, wall-mounted TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with vanity and tub/shower. The second master suite (BR4) features a king bed, nightstands, wall-mounted TV, and its own ensuite bath with vanity and tub/shower. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently tucked into a hall closet.
Downstairs, you'll find the ultimate outdoor entertaining space. Take a dip in your private pool, perfect for cooling off after the beach or relaxing under the stars in the evening. Fire up the grill under the covered area, unwind on the swing, or gather around the picnic table for casual outdoor dining. An outdoor shower makes rinsing off after sandy beach days a breeze.
In addition to your private pool, Ocean Village also offers a community pool and a large shaded palapa along the pond. The home is just 1.3 miles from local restaurants, shops, and nightlife.

Private Heated Pool. The pool can be heated for $50.00 per day and MUST be for the duration of your stay. Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied.

Guests have parking spaces for 4 vehicles. A golf cart rental will take up 1 of these spaces. Parking is not allowed on the street. Boat and trailer parking is not permitted.
