Enjoy the views from our decks, listen to the sounds of the surf and breathe in the salt air! Our beach house is designed to be family friendly, with fully fenced backyard, child gate on the main second floor deck, baby gate for the inside, and a pack and play crib.

The kitchen is very well stocked with quality dishes and cookware. There’s everything you need - crockpot, blender, drip coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, etc. The drawers contain all the essentials and extras, all the way down to shrimp deveiners. Towels, linens and washer/dryer are provided to make your stay easy and care free.

Bedrooms are private, spacious and comfortable. All three King beds have been recently purchased, and all baths have new Silestone or granite countertops and new fixtures.

The ground floor suite is separate from the top two floors and allows great privacy and quiet. The suite has its own private entrance and kitchen so the occupants can avoid disturbing the rest of the house – or sleep late if they choose!

There is plenty of parking for cars and trucks in the driveway plus shade under the house on the ground level. There are chairs under the house and a picnic table in the shaded garden. A second backyard stairway leads directly from the kitchen to the grilling area. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails in the fully fenced and landscaped backyard surrounded by tropical landscaping. Kids can wash off the beach sand in warm water with our backyard waterfall shower.

The Sand Point beach neighborhood is the best location in Port A - less than five minutes away from the restaurants and shops. We are right around the corner from The Beach Lodge, Port A's only beach bar and restaurant where you can enjoy a burger, pizza or beverage while watching the ocean waves! And we are the prime location for Sand Fest which takes place in April right next to our private boardwalk.

Port Aransas is an island town of 3000 residents where visitors can buy shrimp right off the boats or catch their own fish and have them cooked at local restaurants. Bicycles, scooters, and golf carts abound. And here you can still drive to your favorite spot on the beach and share a sunset cocktail from your own cooler. It's the ultimate for water sports, casual attire, excellent cuisine and relaxation. Mustang Island is an 18-mile-long barrier island with 300 species of native birds and is bordered by the Gulf of Mexico on the east and south, and Corpus Christi Bay on the north and west. The beaches are broad and walkable, with lovely sand and gentle surf. La Pamilla golf course is just a few minutes south, and world class fishing is available at the Port Aransas harbor.
