The newest public pool in this community is also only half a block from your vacation home, so go for a dip whenever the mood strikes you.

Inside the home, you’ll find four plush bedrooms, each equipped with a smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with quartz countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. High ceilings soar in the stylish living area, creating an inviting open space. Get cozy and stream your favorite shows on the living room's 85-inch smart TV.

Enjoy the fresh Gulf breeze on two balconies, one of which has a gas grill. An outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Incredible Palmilla amenities include two elegant resort-style pools (heated and open year-round) -- rent a private cabana to experience ultimate poolside luxury. You’ll also enjoy food service and air-conditioned bathrooms across the boardwalk at the groomed private beach. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. Situated by the Gulf, the newly redesigned Palmilla Beach golf course incorporates the best of true links-style play, with inspired greens and lush fairways lined with native grasses. For on-site dining, you’ll find REDS Patio Bar, the Agave Poolside Cantina, and the award-winning Black Marlin Seaside Grill.

Things to Know
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

The golf cart and kids’ bike viewable in the 3D tour will not be available for guest use.

Excellent Property!

My family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed this property! The house looks just as pictured, it was nice and clean and spacious enough for all of us. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware if needed. We truly enjoyed our time in Port Aransas, even though the mosquitos were brutal! Bring plenty of off and sunscreen We did not encounter a lot of noise of any from the construction as I know that is mentioned.

Absolute Paradise

This beautiful house is an absolute gem! The house is incredibly spacious and fully stocked with everything and anything you could need! Even down to the details of dishwasher/washer soap tablets, plethora of towels in all restrooms and a fully stocked kitchen! This house is incredibly spacious and all of the extra tidbits added to the fun and ease of our trip. The house was immaculate… so clean and tidy!

October vacation

This property offered a vacation feel that included all the amenities of a regular home. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer/dryer was a plus, especially if you're wanting to pack light. You will still have to bring your own paper towels, extra trash bags, oil, spices, etc. Although the beach was right down the road, there was a heated community pool for our entire family to enjoy when the sun went down. Our family will definitely be back to Pamilla Beach, we loved it!

Beautiful House, Great Stay

The house and resort area are beautiful. While there is construction going on in the area it didn’t detract from our stay. The home itself was very nice, modern, & well maintained. The beach and pool are just a stones throw away which was also very nice. The pool and resort area are very nice, the kids loved it (& I didn’t mind the conveniently located bar.) There was plenty of room for our party of 7 adults and three kids in the house. The kitchen and living areas are very nice with lots of room. The beds were also very comfortable. The only downsides were a abundance of gnats buzzing around inside; they weren’t terrible but just enough to be annoying. There were also no instructions for lighting the gas oven, which is a very modern model. Thankfully google solved our problems. Overall, great experience, our family would definitely stay again.

Palmilla Was Filthy

The pool was disgusting the whole time. We stayed 4 days and all 4 days there where styrofoam beads floating in the pool from a broken boogie board. No one bothered to clean it. There was also a nasty black dirty slimy thick film on the tiles around the pool. Nasty all around. There workers at the front desk don’t know anything about what’s going on, they had no wristbands, and no activities Monday-Thursday. The TVs were broken in 2 of the rooms and the balcony was also nasty. You can’t even sit on the chairs without literally being covered in a layer of dirt not sand, straight dirt. It was gross. We will be staying somewhere else next time.

Cute house but needs improvement

Palmilla is an adorable community and we loved all of the amenities! This particular house needs improvement and missed the mark on our overall expectations. It is in a good location, close to the pool, beach access and has a nice floor plan conducive to multiple families. The dining room chairs need to be replaced due to nails coming through the seats (be very careful if sitting on dining room chairs). The mosquitoes were unbearable and made it miserable the first few days and community staff had to come fog the balconies and entry points into the home. We would have prepared differently had we had known there was such a mosquito problem. We were unable to use the balconies or exterior living areas. The house interior felt tired and needed repairs in multiple areas which I have shared in more detail under the private remarks. With proper maintenance, this could be a great rental. We enjoyed our time in Port Aransas and will be back to Palmilla, just not this home.

Wish it was better……

This lovely home is not living up to its potential. The decor is nice and most beds except the king bed downstairs smaller room were comfortable. The carport stunk of shrimp when we drove up…dirty. The downstairs AC never got below 77 even at night. The ceiling fans in two bedrooms were malfunctioning- coming on and turning off at random times, like 2:30 am. The downstairs king room with the bad mattress had a horrible sewer smell in the bathroom. The AC vent in the ceiling was dirty and needed changing. The gas grill needs to be replaced….. It’s a shame that this house hasn’t been properly maintained b/c the house overall isn’t a bad house. The kitchen is well stocked with a nice gas stove. The location in the resort is good. We spoke to the vacasa rep on site 3x…..no response.

Family Beach Adventure

We took 10 family members with us to Port A. The property was a perfect fit. The grandsons took the bunk room, the grand daughter took the single bunk above her parents and we the grandparents slept quietly downstairs. The cottage had everything we needed. We stayed in and cooked all of our meals. We rented a cabana at the pool it was lovely. Had a small issue with the air conditioner and a technician was sent right over at 9:45pm to fix the problem. Much appreciated
